We started with the Classic Calzone, which was absolutely delicious. The ingredients, brought directly from Naples, made such a difference in the flavor and authenticity. Then came the star of the night: the Cetara Pizza WOW! The anchovies were my favorite part, incredibly flavorful and perfectly balanced with the sweetness and acidity of the Piennolo tomatoes. Those tomatoes were something special ,bursting with an intense, naturally sweet flavor that added so much depth to every bite. Combined with the incredible aroma, texture, and flavor of the dough, this pizza was truly unforgettable. We ended the evening with the Baci Passione di Pistacchio, which was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to finish the meal. Authentic ingredients, incredible dough, amazing flavors, and a true taste of Naples right in Miami. This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to again and again!

That night, I ended up in the emergency room and had to receive IV medications. Even after being discharged from the hospital the next morning, the following days of our vacation were ruined because I was still recovering. The financial cost is one thing, but having a vacation you've planned and paid for ruined by a single plate of pasta is incredibly disappointing. The pasta itself was cooked al dente, but I believe the problem was with the sauce. I didn't even enjoy the flavor while I was eating it. I asked for Parmesan to make it taste better, but honestly, I wish I had stopped eating it altogether. I'm sharing this experience in the hope that more attention will be paid to food freshness and kitchen hygiene. When food safety standards slip, people don't just lose money--they lose their health and valuable vacation time as well. I wish I could give zero stars!
