The workout was called "West Hollywood" - 27 stations, full-body - and it absolutely kicked our butts. I'm not the fittest person and definitely have a lot to work on, so I felt gassed out pretty quickly, especially during the core exercises. It was way different from what I'm used to at Orangetheory, which I've been doing for a couple of months now, and definitely more intense in its own way. Coaches Michelle and Rudy were awesome - they really made sure we didn't feel overwhelmed and were super encouraging. They kept the energy high and took the time to help us get through each station without feeling too lost. It was tough and challenging, no doubt, and I can see why people get hooked - it feels like you're pushing yourself in a way that makes you leave everything out on the floor. There's a reason Mark Wahlberg is a promoter of F45; you leave feeling like you're ready to fight your way through an action movie. If you're ready for an all-out sweat and a solid workout that pushes your limits, F45 is definitely worth a try. Just be ready to feel those core muscles the next day - I know I will!

Ive reached fitness goals that i never thought were achievable thanks in largely to coach Michelle. When I first came to class I couldn't deadlift - now I can deadlift almost 200 lbs! Coach Michelle has also helped me greatly with my nutrition, mobility, and overall self esteem. On top of all the fitness achievements, I've met some of my best friends at f45. This is largely in thanks to coach Peggy who made me feel welcome from day 1 and constantly sets up events for our members to socialize and become friends outside of their workout. Coach Peggy has a way of making you feel valued and important to the community on days you don't want to show up. I love f45 BP and can't recommend it enough!

The reason I reached out to Bez at the beginning was because I was overweight due to my pregnancy . I'm only 5.2 but weighted 165 lbs. I couldn't even finished 60 mins classes at beginning and I had back pain too . I was so desperate by that time and wanted to try different aggressive weight loss including medication . The good thing about Bez is , he will always listen to you and let you try them out . So ! You will understand it won't work ... the only thing is to diet + keep exercising!!!! I've lost 30lbs with Bez thru 4 classes per week constantly . Most importantly , weight lose experience was not a pain for me anymore because I developed new running habit ! Running was never my thing for the past 32 years, I can only run 0.4 miles and I would need to take a break. Bez told me he is going to turn me to a runner and I didn't believe in him . But with his methodology running training, I can now run 3 miles !!! We're going to aim 4 miles pretty soon. Bez became our best friend , my husband and my brother also taking class with Bez over the weekend . One thing that I learn from Bez over the past months is never give up ..... you will make it there . Even when busy, it's usually no or short wait times for machines/equipment Cons: parking is competitive and limited. Gym itself is not super clean. Bathrooms and locker rooms are sort of yuck. It's seems like a combo of mess from customers and poor cleaning products or timing coupled with deferred maintenance on the facility. They are something to avoid while at this gym. They acted very put off that I even asked.
