Left with no parking brakes I have to mention, couldn't go back after all this. Got us so good by being friendly at the beginning and turning into very mean people in the whole process. "If you don't like the price you can pick up that truck and get the f... out of here" I was told. Truck had no brakes at the time and we were pulling 43 foot trailer. I would never do business with automotive machinery again! I spent 12,000 on an engine rebuild and…read morenew tranny. When finished I got it back with a broke dash, I drove it to Billings and back a couple days after I got it! Well it used a quart of oil in 224 miles, got back and I could hear the rocker arms rattling over the radio. Then I dropped it off that night the 9th of Nov, I told Sam everything that was going on with it including the temp gauge was doing all kinds of weird things ( mind you he didn't write a single thing down) the tranny wouldn't down shift in cruze! They drove it twice without all the info they should have got from Sam. Nothing is wrong with it is what I get told after 2 weeks of it sitting there. So I stop in ad tell Brian one of the mechanics what Sam should have, so they start to work on a couple things! They want the engine cold so they park it outside well guess what happened next? My rims and tires are stolen! Yep, so they finish it up supposedly I get it back the Fri after Thanksgiving. I go to drive it Monday the 14th of Dec we have 7 in of snow, it feels like the 4x4 isn't working yesterday th 15th I get stuck because I have no 4x4! I call them speak to one of the owners Greg he has the nerve to tell me the would look at it but would charge me because the 4 wheel drive has nothing to do with the tranny! I took it to the shop my son works at, these so called mechanics at automotive machinery have all my vacuum lines hooked up wrong! Silent night Muffler is still going through it to make sure nothing else is messed up! So if you take your vehicle there just pray they do a good job and you get it back in one piece! They have treated me like a stupid women for the last time and lied to me for the last time. I will pay the expense to take it out of town to someone who knows what the hell they are doing if I have a rebuild done again! Honestly I give them a negative 10 in every category that shop provides!

I brought in a backup camera that I had purchased from a third party to have it installed, and from the beginning, Lane and Tracey made me feel like my business and my concerns were a priority. The installation ended up requiring numerous attempts at troubleshooting, and instead of giving up or simply sending me on my way, they stayed with it until they figured out that the issue was actually with my truck. Even after discovering the problem wasn't with the camera or their installation, they continued to assist me and make sure everything was working properly. I left with my backup camera working perfectly! That level of patience, professionalism, and genuine commitment to taking care of a customer is hard to find. Lane and Tracey are a great representation of what exceptional customer service should look like. I truly appreciate everything they did and would absolutely recommend Bish's RV because of employees like them!
