The coco pitorro was so smooth you can't taste the rum but will feel it later. Pitorro is Puerto Rican moonshine infused with fruits to mellow the flavors. Really strong alcohol if you get the right kind. Bartenders let you try it. They bring you all the bottles. Nice bar to enjoy drinks and chat with the locals in a more relaxed atmosphere away from the more vibrant high energy of the neighboring bars playing reggaton. We were glad to stumbled upon this bar. They also have a food menu but we mainly ordered appetizers chicken wings and fried cheese. Great spot and awesome staff!

Our choices were helped by the server as this is always a great option to help find the real jewels of the chef. This was not a disappointment here! During the pandemic they hosted movie nights where you'd watch the movies from your car. They have a mug club called Club Foker. As far as I'm concerned, they are the only brewery here with a mug club. I could be wrong though because I have t been to all. They are family friendly, and I think even dog friendly too. I like that you get to pass by the brewing tanks as you make your way to the back. The front is indoor seating. One of the walls has all the mugs from the Club Foker. Another wall has a huge map of the world. You can all the host for a pin to mark where your from. It's cool to see what parts of the island and other countries have come here. In the back there is a permanent food truck. The food is good and complements the beer nicely. I really liked the chicken wings, which are huge (the whole wing). Of course the beer is good. To be honest the beer is t my favorite of the local breweries, but it is good. I really like the Red Ale, their flagship beer, as well as the Vaquera (wheat) which I tried on my last visit. I've been here during the day and the night. Both are nice, just depends on what your looking for. During the day is more low key. You can chill and focus more on the beer, getting flights and tasting. At night it was more of a party with the music and all. Either way, fun place and worth visiting.

Each time we asked, we got the same tired "they're almost ready" line -- apparently "almost" means "when we feel like it, sweetheart." When our drinks finally did appear, they tasted like a rat's backside muddled with regret and garnished with disappointment. And just to be clear -- we're locals. This wasn't about being American or tourist vs. local favoritism. I'm writing this in English so everyone (local or not) can be warned: the service here is slower than dial-up internet and the cocktails are an insult to mixology everywhere. On the bright side, they barely had draft beers but at least carried a decent variety of local brews. So if you do come, stick to those -- it's the only thing worth your time. Honestly, the highlight of the night was still the ice water -- crisp, refreshing, and delivered faster than anything with alcohol in it.
