When I came to pick it up , went inside to pay, he said he could not welded because it was rusted so he attached it with 2 hose clamps (6" each ), I thanked him and pay $60 and left, when I got home I checked it to see if O2 sensor was ok(it goes through shield) , to my surprise I found the shield piece was attached with one clamp only($3.59 at Home Depot). There is no reason for him to lie about it since this was easy job 15 min and his shop was empty, no cars on waiting for him Honestly is best policy to get more customers and business,,,,,,,,,,,stay away from this place, shady business, lies and unprofessional .

Update Following up you are the last shop that changed my oil so no I did not take it to jiffy lube as you suspect, your technicians failed to notify me that they put a cheap repair drain plug in my car and over torqued it like crazy so it was a very difficult process when I had to bring it in to my mechanic and get it replaced, I Literally had no clue you guys did that until I brought it in for another oil change then I had to buy a whole new oil pan. you guys completely stripped my old oil pan threads and took out the oem drain plug, Never told me anything. Whilst the service was quick, I wish they hadn't acted as though my concerns were ridiculous. I also was surprised that they expected me to come that same day to pick it back up. They called at 2-something to let me know it was ready and they close at 5, and when I asked if I should pick up it up the following morning he said he had cars coming and would rather I come that day. When I asked if the following day before 9 would work they said ok, but I was able to finagle it to come the same day after all. Just thought it was weird that they assumed someone would be able to pick up the same day.

Jerry is the one who helped me and he ran a diagnostics test and told me it was a transmission issue, he explained it very thoroughly to someone like myself who doesn't know much about cars. He told me that they don't have the ability to do transmission but he took the time to google for me if my make and model had a recall and they did. He told me to go to the dealership to see if they'll replace it for free and if they don't he recommended me a good place for transmission repair. After all of this I asked how much i owe him and he told me nothing and he even went out and stopped traffic on Kedzie for me so I could back out of the garage. Great value and great employees and service. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be coming back here for any future repairs.

Today, I had another flat tire and also needed an oil change. I called and William, the owner, said they could take my car in right away. Once I got there, William took excellent care of my car. I was fortunate that the tire could be repaired with a plug so I didn't. need to buy any new tires. He took care of the oil change, changed the filter, re-balanced the tire he repaired, checked all the tires to make sure the pressure was correct and put the spare tire back in it's storage spot under the car. As with my last visit, all of this work was done with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and care and for a super reasonable price.
