They left the wrong part for me to pick up Thursday... called Friday trying to get the right part over knighted to me for a Saturday delivery... 50.00 more for a Saturday delivery.. didn't deliver on sat now Monday $ 100 dollars later and 0ne wrong part hopefully they will deliver it today and i can unwind this thing and get a little satisfaction...they just said sorry...things happen but this was a little bit more than just coincidence.. read more

Always great to deal with and helpful. I accidentally left a REALLY large item behind after the Truck Show, which I just assumed would be stolen or lost. Having no idea who it belonged to and with thousands of people milling around who could have lifted it, their staff went to the effort to put it inside the warehouse over the weekend. I called Monday and though it was totally my fault and of no benefit for them to help me they took the time to track it down and said would hold it til I could come get it. (they could have just said it was stolen... I would not have been able to prove otherwise). Very thankful there are still honest outfits in the world. Great stock in parts too, BTW! read more

Do not order from these guys. Apparently, 2 days and paying for 2 day air means, 2 days from the day they feel like doing their job and actually shipping the products ordered. I knew better from past experience with 4 States, but I tried one more time. Well, STRIKE - 3, you will never get one of my hard earned dollars again, EVER. I paid $64.18, on 05-19-23 (actually ordered on the 18th but processed on 19th) for 2 day air, 5 days later, 4 business days because you and UPS both work on Saturday, and my order is still in Louisville Ky. You shipped it 2 days after your online site promised it would be shipped and at my house. Someone owes me my shipping fees back. read more

On August 6th 2023 I ordered a steering wheel cover for a volvo truck. Which although admittedly they aren't the greatest its what I am driving. Also there are an insane number of Volvo's. So ordering a steering wheel cover you would think that since they are supposed to have 4 wheelhouse this would be an easy item to receive. But no, after 2 emails asking about my order which according to the ad I should have received within a week...my 3rd email states that; "My purchasing team just heard back from the vendor. It looks like the vendor is estimated to ship this to us around 9/23. Give me a call closer to time and we can check in to see if there are any updates!". So much for understanding Truck drivers. $53+ for a steering wheel cover I could have gotten faster through a Volvo Dealership and cheaper. I bought tire sox over a year ago. I took them back to see if they would refund me. I thought it would be a shot in the dark because the purchase was $686. and it was over a year ago. Totally unprofessional and not trustworthy. They do not stock the items on their website. They give you misinformation about part numbers and availability. ! I ordered a coolant reservoir two months ago when a small leak first began. They said they would ship the part in 7 weeks. Two months later I find out that they will never have the part!! If I had been corecetly informed or updated I could have taken action to get another part. Now my truck is dumping coolant and is not operational. I had to shut my business down until I can find a part and get it installed. My employees are losing work. My customers are angry I can't service their accounts! All revenues ceased!! Ordered two air parts for my truck, received two spools of wire, completly wrong parts. Waited for a return slip, got it returned, they then processed my original order to end up a refund instead of sending the actualy parts I ordered, so Ill order parts from another vendor instead. Lucky for me they were not emergency needed parts. Their communication was good though. read more

Been a long term customer with this company. Never a issue until this past year. Placed a 2k order this fall (2020). Received part of my order, assumed the rest was in delay due to postal service issues from COVID 19. It's now been 4 months, the rest of my order hasn't been received. I contacted their customer service and was basically told I had to eat the cost of missing parts because of delay in contacting customer service. I explained I was allowing room for error/delay due to mail service, but it didn't seem to help the matter much. Now out 600 in parts, and only option they gave me was to reorder with a discount. Not sure if I should take the insult or find a new supplier. So much for being a long term customer. read more

I ordered a radiator got a inter cooler was told that they had to receive the radiator back before I could get the right on WTF you messed up not me . mean while that have been payed by credit card. hen spoke with customer service and they told me they could send the right part be by the end of the week wrong. for people who profess to do internet business this co. is bad stay away this co. cost mine twice as much as if I just bought it from International. we were sent the wrong bumper and when we called them they would in no way take the blame for their screwup. then we were told that we would have to pay shipping to send it back and also a restocking fee even though it was 100 percent their fault. never again will we do business with them. read more
