It was the perfect healthy pit stop for lunch. We ordered the Woodstock bowl, avocado toast, multiple smoothies, iced coffee, and some hummus for the road because it was so good. Everything was so delicious and nutritious. I had to exercise some self control and not purchase all of the healthy snacks and deli items on their shelves - so many treasures! The menu features a variety of bowls, smoothies with protein add-ins, kid-sized smoothies and more. The Woodstock bowl was packed with veggies and the star of the show.

We had the special of the day, crabless 'crab' cakes with mashed potatoes, green beans and the slaw. It was excellent. The lemony kale white bean soup cannot be explained with words, and we can also see why the Southwest crunch wrap is a local favorite! The juices were the stars of the show. As amazing as everything else was, the spice of life drink is the most perfect mix of flavors ever invented. We also give two thumbs up to the Big Apple. The mangoloko was good. 8/10 The melon water 9/10. Had great taste and didn't have a ton of sugar, which I really appreciate because was able to taste the melon. Crapes 6/10 they were okay but not something I would get again. Corn 1/10. Cup was filled with corn and at the very top they put the mayo, tajin, and whatever other ingredients but did not mix it. Once you eat the top portion the rest is just plain canned corn. Tried to mix everything but they are greedy with the ingredients that should be incorporated all together. Reason I won't go back is I never like to go to places that don't list the prices on their menu, unless it's a very fancy restaurant. This place had absolutely no price marks. Also for the total cost I felt that at least make the corn correctly.
