I then found out they took out over 5800.00 from my charge card instead of the 900.00 deposit for an 1800.00 job and are blaming their processing center for it. I disputed all charges with my credit card company as soon as i saw them on my card. Chase has took most off. i am now disputing the half of my deposit they kept and the other 300.00 that is showing up being taken out on my account as of 3/13/26. I hired new electrician on 3/13/26 and by 3/14/26 he had the hole dug for the new pole and will have everything completed in a few days. He did more in 3 hours than CZ did in 3 weeks. I then found out that CZ took another 300.00 out of my credit card account after i got rid of them and they denied it and told me to stop calling and texting them. i will admit, i did text them 2 am after i saw they were taking more money out . I asked for receipts for the materials they bought and for the inspector fees they claim to have paid but got nothing. I am now being told by them that i have 12 hours to remove my negative review from yelp. nothing i have posted here is slanderous or defamatory, i have records to back what i am saying up. i just just checked my email and see they tried pulling out another 463.28 today. Luckily I was smart enough to lock my card after the last 300.00 charge on march 13th. In reply to your message Casey. You continue to say you were here 3 times. You were here for the estimate and then to put that piece of rebar in the ground and that was it. i did your wife's work for her and got pictures of the meter box and power pole number so she didnt have to make the trip out here. It didnt rain the whole 17 days you had my deposit. As for you saying i called you multiple times a day, that is a flat out lie. i have call and text made on my phone. Maybe you should try calling a customer and giving them a heads up on whats going on. 2 word replies just dont cut it. Post proof of this so called inspection on here that you say you had scheduled because I asked for them and you completely blew me off. As you can see with my pictures i posted below, charges were taken out on the 13th after i no longer had anything to do with your company and then another attempt was made on the 15th for 463.00. we never had a contract, all i got from you was an estimate with the amount on it...nothing about being non refundable. This was over 3 months ago, and they haven't stopped. I've probably deleted close to a dozen voicemails so far....just got another, which finally prompted this review. Companies like this are hoping you didn't talk to anyone else first, and that you'll play their negotiation game, so you end up ignorantly over paying, while smugly believing you outsmarted them. This might work on some people, but they need to read the room in each situation, because the tactic is costing them more business than they realize.

They came out again a couple weeks later to install the seal. The invoice was for $400 more than what was quoted. When I called, I was told it was because of the extra visit. Had I been given a choice I would have told them just to come out when they have everything. I was not given that choice. Get your quote in writing.

Never got that email estimate but did get a quote over the phone and fascia was fixed after me texting and calling multiple times. Never received a quote for my roof. Very unprofessional.
