I called them and after explaining the situation I was told there is nothing they can do and that the groomer nor the person who bathed her noticed that one of her ears looked red and inflamed. Also, ear cleaning was a part of the service and her ears were far from being cleaned. My dog had gone there before and was serviced by another groomer on several occasions with no issues. The only reason I gave the new groomer Diana a try is because my dogs former groomer has alot of clients and I do not want my dog at a groomer for four or more hours.

The owners are really kind and friendly and remember your dog, and every time after a bath, Mochi is literally so clean and soft and smells great! They also give each dog a cute little bandana every time which is super cute. They're also the only people who can manage to cut our dog's nails which is a true achievement because Mochi absolutely hates getting her nails cut sooooo much. The Covids complicated a lot of things and finding a grooming appointment was one of them. I was able to drop him off at 9am during our scheduled date. He was ready after an hour and half. it was faster than I expected but happy he wasn't in a new loud environment for a whole day. Lauren did a great job with our dog. She was able to trim his face and private area. I didn't recognize him when I picked him up immediately because he got brushed and was fluffed up. I'm used the matted look he had and I can see his eyes now. Its a good setup they have. there's plenty of street parking outside. I took a star away because there isn't enough warm water when we use the self wash station. I don't think my puppy minds the cold water but my hands are freezing when we bath him ;)

We were told they were under new management starting in August. They explained what was involved when we dropped him off. Though we wanted a certain cut, they explained and showed us that he was a little matted so he would have to be de-matted first before we can achieve the cut. Daniel was very friendly and the groomer even came out to walk us through what they were going to do. Overall we are very happy with the result. They charged $200, about the same as the $225 that we get charge in our old groomer in Freehold. I did ask them about their reviews and Daniel said the new management is aware of the bad reviews and are putting all these new things in place to make customers happy. I for one am happy and will be back.
