Now I realize that THIS is the quintessential store, superior in just about every way. It makes the Lewisville store look like the red headed step child of the company. It's so massive that pretty much everything At Home has to offer is in stock. It is especially evident when you shop on their website and choose store pickup for shipping. The Farmers Branch location shows up again and again as having products available while others are out of stock (or I suspect they never had them in the first place). Furthermore, the merchandise is more organized, shelves are neater and it's just a generally cleaner space. This is as good as At Home gets.

I was excited to support a smaller store and to find some home goods for my home in LA. Kevin and his wife helped me and I purchased the items (over $200) and paid for the suggesting shipping back to LA. Kevin charged me, gave me his card and told me the items would be shipped to my home in Los Angeles within a week. I have never received the items (SIX MONTHS LATER) and have contacted them via email, text and phone. Once (See attached photos) I did receive a message back on Instagram (back in January) but never heard back from them since. I took this up with my bank (I mistakenly paid with a debit card) and because of the length of time I waited to report this they said that the merchant: "Harper Worn and Weathered" had gotten back to them and refused to give me a refund. The bank told me to report them to the the Better Business Bureau which I will also do besides leaving this review here. This has not been handled properly or fairly and I want to warn anyone from dealing with this business. All I was asking for is for them to get back to me and if they couldn't ship my items for any reason- they could just do the right thing. Refund the amount I paid for and be professional enough to return my messages. I have not been in Dallas since December and during our current situation I don't have any plans to be there in the near future. Bottom line? I have paid for the items and never received them!!!

We needed ideas on bedding, but after seeing a video and images of the room, Ashlyn redesigned the space, suggesting a new furniture arrangement we never would have considered! I just returned to Dallas from New York where I implemented Ashlyn's design with new bedding, lamps, and mirrors from Ballard Designs. The small bedroom looks incredible and Ashlyn did this from 1,500 miles away. Kudos to Ashlyn who noticed my stressed daughter and me roaming the store, needing help.
