Every time there is an issue with a window and we contact them to order a replacement part it sounds like they are doing us a favor. Last month we had to order window locks and a window sash. It seems orders are not placed immediately and if you call to find out the status they REFUSE to give you the date they placed the order with the manufacturer, their order # or any other pertaining information. We finally were told we could pick up the order at a certain day after 1.00 pm. We drove for more than an hour to realize that they had not placed the order for the window sash. The only efficient employee we were able to deal with at that store (Waterbury) was a guy by the name of Jay. The other ones either can not be located or take lunch for more than an hour.
