We were going to install on our own until we took nearly 3 hours removing the old fridge from the house!! Didn't help at all with questions or follow ups, never available or responsive. The flooring is great and so was the installation. But it was very expensive as well. Then we had a repair situation in the kitchen by the stove and the repair guy showed up with his Supervisor and during the conversation they kept trying to get us or trick us to say that the damage on the one floor board was due to water, which was absolutely not the case. However they tried repeatedly and that is just so disingenuous. Trying to trick your customers so you don't have to replace a floorboard! Unbelievable! I see that as very dishonest and disrespectful! I will never use this company again for anything! Home Depot has everything and more and works with different contractors who do a fine job with great standards and care without insulting customers.
