A plumber showed up and told me that the slab and tile would have to be busted up and he could not complete the work that day and would schedule the repair the following Thursday. He claimed it was a big repair and would take some time- he told me it was cost $2440.00 When Thursday came- Aspen Plumbing sent 2 different plumbers out to make the repair. They arrived at 9:30 am. They said they needed to go to the plumbing supply to get more material for the job. They were gone 1 hour. They made the repair and left at 12:30 pm. They spent a total of 2 hours making the repair and left. They did a good job and were very courteous; however, my problem is with the labor rate. I was led to think this job would take maybe all day the way the first plumber talked. The material they used did not cost over $50.00. That is a labor rate of over $1000 per hour- that is outrageous to me. In spite of their quick reply and doing a good job- I cannot recommend them with a positive review. I feel this is a unethical business practice and they took advantage of the situation.

The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.

We scheduled service for the next day, and they spent hours digging up hard clay soil to replace the backflow preventer. After the new backflow preventer was installed, they proceeded to hydro jet our main sewer line from the ground and through a roof vent until it was completely clean. This plumbing company does not stop until they finish the job, they are a top-tier professional plumbing company that I would highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done. The service we requested for our home and for which we were quoted was overall the best priced we…read morecould find. The electricians were 30 minutes early on the day of the appointment. We provided the five lights we wanted installed by the 3-man crew. ALL of them were friendly and courteous and worked without complaint. When they completed the work, I paid them as agreed. They cleaned up and left. We requested on at least two occasions that the lights be set on the brightest setting. They all agreed with the request. It wasn't a major issue but a couple of the lights were left in demo mode and not on the brightest setting as we discussed. We contacted them and explained the situation and asked them to come out to correct the settings to the brightest and therefore complete the project. They came and fixed the issue to our satisfaction and left. Then we get a bill from the business for an additional $200 for a "call out". It should not have ever been a call-out in our opinion. My husband called to speak w/the guy in charge and it didn't end well. The man told my husband to "forget" the bill and to not ever contact them again. My husband agreed that would be perfectly acceptable. My final thoughts are to the guy in charge specifically, "In life it is your attitude that will determine your altitude." In this case you have been grounded. To the three electricians, I give kudos for a job well done. Minor issues shouldn't have been blown out of proportion by the guy in charge IMO.
