I rented from Dream Events for a company BBQ and other than the fiasco with the photobooth, they were fantastic. Matt was the Supervisor for our event and he made sure everything was set up nicely. We had carnival booths, a large circus themed bounce house and a HUGE obstacle course that really made the party fun. Unfortunely, I also rented a photobooth and we were told Dream Events contracted the booth from another company that they couldn't get in contact with and they never showed up. Cindy from Dream Events mentioned I will be getting a refund, at which time I will update the stars on my review.

Initially connecting with Nicole, she was one of those vendors I immediately trusted. As a single mother, I noticed how ambitious and determined she was. I also sensed a very loving and caring person, and my instincts sure were right! Initially I planned to use Behind the Scene Backdrops to rent a flower arch and a flower wall. I had two different themes/colors for the ceremony and reception space so I didn't want to spend the money on real flowers for both spaces and knew artificial would be cheaper. From start to finish, Nicole went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly unforgettable. In fact, she even ordered a custom arch for my wedding ceremony because she knew I was looking for something very specific. During our first few interactions Nicole showed so much interest in our wedding and expressed excitement for us. She openly provided recommendations based on her industry experience. I could just tell how genuine Nicole was. When we realized we would need someone to watch our dog at our dog friendly venue (just to ensure our dogs safety and comfort) Nicole instantly came to mind. This isn't a service she had offered, but knowing she was a dog mommy herself I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. When I asked Nicole, without hesitation she agreed to add the service of watching our sweet dog during the wedding. Nicole even named the customer flower arch after our dog, Minnie . My mom also rented a flower wall for my bridal shower and it honestly elevated the shower, being a stunning focal point for all photos. The flower arch and flower wall for the wedding were also absolutely stunning! They completely elevated our ceremony and reception space and were exactly what we envisioned. I can go on and on about Nicole. But what is really important is Nicole's work ethic. Nicole's care and attention to detail sets herself apart from other rental services in the industry. You're not just "another Bride". It also meant the world to my husband and I to have our pup included in the celebration. Knowing she was in such loving and capable hands allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment of our wedding day. Nicole treated her like family, made sure she was safe, happy, and even brought her up to see us occasionally throughout the night which we'll treasure forever.
