Her communication, knowledge and performance from beginning to end left a lasting impression, and I would use her again in the future and will definitely recommend her to everyone I know or hear they're looking to purchase or sell a home. I met Monique at a neighbors wine and cheese event she was hosting. Truth be told, I was just being a noisy neighbor with nothing to do on a Friday night lol. She was friendly, kind; inviting and even after she knew I was not in a market for a home she remained friendly and courteous. I immediately thought to myself, if I decide to sell my home, I will definitely reach out to her. And who would have guessed that six months later I would be putting my house up for sell. Monique held my hand throughout the entire process, was very patient with my questions and my uncertainty of my timeline. We put it on the market and on the first open house weekend she found a buyer. With my tight work schedule she went above and beyond; she was there to meet with the repairmen, inspectors, searching for quotes, etc. when I couldn't. Thank you so much Monique!

When looking at homes, she was great at finding places I would be interested in. When I was ready to make an offer on a home, she did thorough research (her spreadsheets are put together VERY well) to determine what a competitive offer would be for the home. When the home I purchased was under contract, I felt like she called in the A-team for inspections. Literally every person she recommended was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything they found. I am not at all well-versed in real estate, and I found the jargon/logistics of buying a home to be impenetrable. Kristin was incredibly helpful and patient when explaining everything to me. She clearly has a very strong understanding of how everything works and explains everything in a simple, easy to digest manner. From working with Kristin, I can confidently say that she is more than a real estate agent. She is someone who deeply cares about helping others find their ideal homes, and it is clear that she loves and takes pride in the work she does.

From the very beginning she was organized, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgable. During the selling process she was able to provide us with many different resources to make sure that our home looked its very best. Her dedication, attention to detail, and organization skills allowed this process to go smoothly and stress free. We not only sold our house but did so in less time than we had originally planned. The buying process went just as smoothly. She made herself available and spent many early mornings and late afternoon/evenings with us. She was communicative and provided us with so manny different options for houses. After visiting each house it was clear that she had done research to ensure that she could answer any of our questions. We are happily settled into our new dream home and it is because of Kristin's hard work. We highly recommend Kristin to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. However, Natalya could really use a brush up on dealing with people. We've been ignored multiple times inquiring about getting our deposit back, and we are still waiting on $500 pet deposit she wasn't going to give us back even though only $300 was deducted from our whole deposit. We moved out mid November. The check they sent took over a week to clear due to theirs being flagged for fraud (my bank told me when I called). The unit we lived in on Wright St became infested in the plumbing system with roaches and although I mentioned it during our inspection she said I had to make a maintenance request and even then the remedies provided did not work. Hundreds of dollars of our belongings were ruined and she did not care and she wouldn't deduct it from our last months rent either so don't expect her to be understanding. Also, don't bring up any neighbor concerns unless you want an inspection on your unit too, even if it's unrelated and affecting your life negatively, she allows everything to slide. She picks & chooses what to follow on the lease so be aware. Disappointed & Unprofessional. A mess all around

Silvia was exactly the kind of person I wanted on my side. She is incredibly detail-oriented, completely proactive, and honestly like a pitbull with one goal in mind: to get you the best outcome possible. Buying a home has so many moving parts and unexpected twists, but Silvia kept me at peace by doing all the hard work and heavy lifting behind the scenes. What I loved most was how much she cared and communicated. We were in constant touch, and she was always checking in just to see how I was doing or even just to say hi. She really knows how the system works and uses it to your advantage to give you the best advice. But even if I decided to go a different route than what she suggested, it didn't matter--she would take my decision and immediately make it happen. Ok.. so this review is LOOONG overdue!…read more We were initially working with another realtor we were not 100% happy with and was referred to Serina Panganiban and The Velasco team shortly after through a mutual friend/client of theirs. Our initial meeting with Serina was virtual, formal and structured (think Pandemic, lol). We appreciated that very much as we were new to the home buying process and she took the time to understand what was important to us and what we want in an ideal home and neighborhood. The client-realtor relationship is super important to us as we needed someone to be able to explain, answer our bajillion questions and concerns, and someone who is truly on your side to meet your needs and not just make a quick sale. I don't even know how many times I had to call Serina to talk through an offer or did not feel fully confident about a certain house. We were relocating from the Bay Area so it was super important to us to have a realtor who is knowledgeable and familiar with the Sac-Elk Grove area. Serina is honest, communicative, flexible, and is always on top of her game. After putting in 5-6 offers in this crazy market, we finally found our home! There were a tiny hiccup along the way, but I think that is expected with any home buying process and especially so when trying to buy a house in a crazy Pandemic market. Everything moved so fast and now looking back, we're so thankful we had someone like Serina and her team with us during the entire stressful process. If you are looking for someone, we highly recommend Serina and the Velasco Team-RE/MAX team for all your home search/sale needs! Love, Happy Homeowners, Elaine, Terry and Alivia :)

Highly recommend LuAnn for any real estate transaction in the Davis or greater Sacramento area…read more My family and I interviewed about seven agents we found through Yelp, and LuAnn stood out immediately due to her experience, track record, and the quality of her marketing and sales materials. She was knowledgeable, organized, and refreshingly not pushy -- a stark contrast to some of the other agents we spoke with. It ultimately came down to her and another agent I'd become friendly with, and LuAnn's professionalism and candor made the decision clear. We hired her to sell an inherited home in Davis that had significant sentimental value and decades of accumulated belongings. She was patient and supportive as we spent nearly three months cleaning, sorting, and conducting an estate sale. Throughout the process, she and her team -- including Anna Huang from eXp -- added tremendous value. Anna helped design and renovate the home, addressed City of Davis inspection requirements, and guided us through every repair and inspection issue that surfaced. The staging was excellent, and the video and social media marketing were outstanding, making the home shine online and attracting strong buyer interest right away. If you have any questions about LuAnn's marketing strategy and execution -- including how she helped turn a $700,000 home into a $900,000 sale -- ask her about our White Horse Davis property. LuAnn also provided a comprehensive list of inspectors, helped us resolve buyer‑side concerns, and kept the entire process on track. Most impressively, she secured a buyer and got the home into escrow within about a week of listing, even though other homes in the White Horse neighborhood had been sitting on the market for months. We achieved the pricing we wanted, felt supported the entire way, and genuinely appreciated her professionalism. I would absolutely use LuAnn again for any future real estate needs in Sacramento, Davis, or even Irvine.

They had all the resources ready to make a home SALE! I first called LuAnn because had I seen really great yelp reviews about her and her team. When I called, we went straight into getting an appointment set up for a walk-through of the house in a timely manner. This process of getting the house on the market was made really easy because LuAnn and her team are extremely organized with their work and their time. They were very respectful of our time as well. The house was inherited, and we thought that it was going to be really hard because of how the shares were set up. LuAnn and her team were very reassuring that they have seen multiple cases like ours and they have helped their clients be successful in the end. Everyone apart of her team made selling the house such a relief for us. We honestly feel like we didn't have to do too much because of how helpful they were during the whole process. Once we went over the initial steps to sell our house everything went by accordingly and pretty quick, and LuAnn and her team had all the resources that we needed. I appreciated the way that every detail was looked over in order to have a successful sale. LuAnn and her team were very understanding and dedicated. I would recommend LuAnn and her team over and over. We are absolutely grateful for their help.
