My husband and I were looking for a trusted builder that was reliable and listened to our needs…read more When we meet with Sean, he listened to what we wanted, what our budget was, and he worked with us to achieve our vision. He was knowledgable with costs associated with different elements of our projects and made excellent suggestions on areas to improve; while not adding additional costs to the projects. Overall he exceeded our expectations, we love our home and everything about it (we have lived in it for over 1 year now). Service was also exceptional after the home was completed. With every question or concern that we had they responded promptly and professionally to fix everything that needed additional attention - they sent to roofing company to our house twice to check the shingles after a few windstorms. Another added advantage of building with Design Innovations is having the exceptional interior design help from as the designer, Kathy. Kathy was knowledgable, personal, considerate and her style is impeccable. I told her my vision, I went to a few stores, however she came with many options for every aspect of the house that complemented the vision I had (not to mention while in budget). I could not have achieved my vision and would recommend Kathy's input for any interior design project. I wanted a timeless look and she helped me achieve and exceed my expectations.

Zach was extremely helpful in helping me determine what kind of components I need based on my needs. He even talked me down from some more expensive options. The purchase was paid for through my employer so it was a bit of a hassle but Zach was patient and understanding and jumped through all of the hoops I needed to get this taken care of. He delivered the computer personally and stuck around to make sure it was running properly and to go over warranty options and information for all the various components. He even threw in a few upgrades for me for free. I can't stress how professional and pleasant the entire experience was. In 2 years when I'm eligible for another machine through work you better believe that I will be calling GoGo Geek. Cheers Zach.
