First of all you can't see my sign across the street .second. You can see the install was done well enough for the sticker to come off . They are incapable of being on time for any deadline they are argumentative (Alex is a controlling bully who yells and talks over you. While you are talking on the phone and he will hang up the phone on you while your in the middle of a sentence .the owner Sam will ignore your phone calls and be passive aggressive, he threatened to send his installers to come and remove my sign after I had paid part of the bill .which took too long to pay because NO ONE SAW MY SALON CUZ THE SIGN WAS INVISIBLE .as well the installers made me feel uncomfortable . They looked like they were laughing at me through the window .... I cannot recommend this company read more

I had to get a banner made for a place that I worked at. Bannerz was just down the street so I thought I'd give them a try. They were great. It took a day or two for my initial email to get answered but once it did, we emailed back and forth on a regular basis until the job was done. The gentleman I dealt with gave me advice about the graphics ad the size I had chosen (which I was grateful for because I had never designed a banner before) and it was great. It didn't take long either. When I went to pick it up, it was great. Better than I could have hoped for. The same gentleman I had dealt with through email was there to give me my banner and he was incredibly friendly. If you need a banner made, I would recommend Bannerz in a heartbeat. I would give them a big fat 0 if that option was available! This has to be the WORST customer service I HAVE EVER HAD! Quality was absolutely unacceptable, and the owner would not resolve the issue without a written apology after the conversation became heated. He swore at me and telling me this was what was printed and that was all I was getting. Later I was extorted by the owner agreeing that the only way he would resolve the issue is if I have a "Written Formal Apology" for becoming angry after I was told that the quality issue was not his problem. We had a very bad experience with bannerz Canada doing our company signs on one of our trucks. First of all it took them a month to book us in after many promises to get us in sooner. They told us they were slower because they wanted to do a great job for us. When we went to pick up the truck the signs looked like stickers they were so small. They did not cover the windows completely and they were peeling in the corners. They said they has a production staffing problem and would get back to us within a couple of days to book the truck back in to get it done correctly. They wouldn't let us take our truck unless we paid for the poor signs they did first. No one called us back so we left a number of messages and emails and to this date months later they still have not returned our calls and have not corrected the poor quality work. We went to two other sign companies to get an estimate on having the mess they did on our new truck removed and done correctly and both companies laughed and said what a poor job by Bannerz Canada. Also they told us that Bannerz Canada cut the signs on the windows leaving permanent lines in the factory window tint. I guess we have no choice but to commence legal action against them because they will not do the right thing and fix the mess they did. read more

Totally unorganized, unprofessional and their printing quality sucks. There are tons of printing shops in Edmonton now i highly recommend NOT USING Bannerz.
