It's still costing me to fix the things they screwed on my truck. I was told I could bring it in and they would start worked on as soon as I dropped it off. It's sat for over a month without being touched. It took three months to get my vehicle back when I was told at max it would be a month and a half. The owner Harmon makes used car salesman look like Mother Teresa. The lies that come out of his mouth are absolutely ridiculous and he will throw innocent people under the bus and not take responsibility for anything, but he's the owner. He loved blaming his secretary for everything. If your secretary is making all the decisions in his company he might want to stop calling himself the boss. When I did finally get my truck back both doors on the drivers side were bubbled so it had to be taken back to him and he tried to say it was my fault because I didn't have the body shop fix the rust. I had asked for everything to be fixed and at no time was a talked to about rust needing to be fixed on those doors. The doors were only 3 years old as they had need replaced after being t-boned. He said he never once looked at the truck, which is a lie. They finally fix the truck after a lot of arguing with my parents who had to taken the truck back because I was working. He lied to them about me then lied to me about them. Sexist and arrogant and will talk down to you. Every time I had a concern all he would say was they do work on vehicles that are too worth $250,000 and my truck is not so they know what they're doing. I don't care how much a vehicle is worth I paid them to do a job. The bumped was supposed to be black, and this wasn't done. I asked why and was told they thought it would look better so they did it the way they wanted. That's not what I wanted, and it was not offered to be changed. When I got it back the passenger door panel fell off and I had to fix all the broken brackets. I mentioned this to him and he said that my parents must've broke it when they brought it to me. The grill was also falling off because not all the fasteners were put back on. The coverings under the wheelwells had the same problem. The bottom of one was touching the tire when driving and now there's a hole worn in it and damaged the tire. The fender flares weren't secured properly and one fell off and is now scratched. They all had to be fixed and because they were loose rubbed the wrap underneath and damaged it. The window tint is already pealing. Camera and the sensors in bumper were not working, I called Harmon about it and I was told this was not their fault and it wasn't working when they received it. Yes it was. I had to replace all the sensors because they had been painted over and the connections were all broken. This coat $800 to fix but couldn't afford the extra 1200 to have the camera fixed. I asked for my old bumper and runningboards back but they weren't. Was told they throw them in the trash. That was my property they had no right to throw it away. It also took a number of phone calls to have the window coverings sent to me that weren't installed and they kept. None of the people that work here know how to do their job properly and they do not respect their clients at all. Royal Auto Body called a couple months ago and asked why I had not paid my bill. Apparently Harmon told them that I had not paid my bill so they could not reimburse them for the bodywork that they had done. I called and asked him why he was saying this about me and he told me it was none of my business and to just ignore Royal. It is my business when you're running my name through the mud and basically calling me a thief for not paying. I didn't plan to do a review until I heard he was lying about me as I just want to be done with this con artist. He says so many lies and I'm sure he will try and twist everything I have said, he'll probably try and blame the janitor next. Go anywhere but here!!!
