I needed a website for a new business I was starting. I had already looked into WIXX they seemed…read morepretty reasonable. Not knowing anything about websites I clicked on "Hire A Professional" . I was directed to PIMM USA. I called and the Salesman told me all the wonderful things they were going to do for me. I would have a strong presence on Facebook. The would handle all of the SEO work. So I could be found by anyone on the internet. So I went for it for $300. Per Month. Within a couple of weeks I new it was a mistake. Nothing was happening, so I called Ryan Patterson to express my dissatisfaction. He said he would look into it for me. A week later, still with no website, I called back to say a I made a mistake and wanted to withdraw from the contract. That is when he told me I was basically stuck with them. The don't let people out of contracts. The salesman, Adam Levine, like most salesman who have lied to you, never answered his phone or responded to emails from me again. He did what he got paid for. I decided , since they were going to bleed the money out of me anyway, I'd try to get something out of it. I didn't. They eventually got the site "finished" . Again in texting with Ryan Patterson, He said that PIMM USA would handle all the SEO work which is the most important part of having a website. I still have the texts. They didn't. After 10 months and $3000. , not one single person found my website. NOT ONE. They also made a FB page with just as many visitors. Today I had another company look at the site. They told me all of the many thing that had to be fixed with my site, before any SEO would even help, because the site was built wrong from the beginning. I spoke to an attorney who advised me to simply ask for my money back, before going through the legal system. I'm waiting for them to call me back now. Oh and the did let me out of the contract after 10 months, but only if I would remove another review I left of them.

My entire experience with Derek and the team at TopNotch has been outstanding. We interviewed…read moreseveral web developers before making a final decision, however, something felt "right" about my many conversations with Derek--and I'm glad I listened to my gut. When we started the project, he took the time to precisely dissect not only what we were looking for aesthetically, but also what we "needed" on the practical side--all while staying within our budget. Their communication is beyond excellent and Derek is just a pleasure to speak with. We spoke on a scheduled weekly basis, and I can't tell you how important those calls are to stay on-target. I've worked with other non-local developers in the past and it was a nightmare (between communication issues, false promises, poor design, etc.). My goal was to go local with this project and TopNotch has been a dream. I also like the fact that he's not a "yes man". He actually listens to what I'm looking for and makes suggestions accordingly. Our conversations are always constructive and collaborative. I feel like we're a team, not that I'm just paying someone to make my website. I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat if I were to do it all over. They've gone above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. In fact, we have several more projects we're looking to tackle within the next year or so, and plan on using TopNotch Dezigns. I'm so excited our vision has come to life for our website, but at the same time also sad that our weekly calls with Derek have come to an end. I felt he's become both a colleague and friend. Thanks so much. Derek! You and your team of wonderful talent are truly amazing. Cheers! Check out how our site came out! =) www.mfmbankers.com

Do not trust your website to these guys. I used them to…read moretransfer a website from a different server and develop a new one for me. What should've taken a few months ended up taking 6 months and a ton of headaches. I temporarily lost access to my sites, the transfers did not go smoothly and I lost email functionality. When I asked them to fix the email functionality they claimed that it wasn't their fault but they could "diagnose the problem" at a rate of $65 an hour. When the website was complete they then tried to upsell me on their "security protection services" in case my site got hacked. Seriously? There are much better designers and developers out there. Do you self a favor and keep looking.
