My only complaint is the outdoor seating is slightly confusing. The cafe had three tables with chairs out in front but then there's another building next door that says it's a residence but it had a lot of outdoor seating and I noticed people from the cafe were sitting over there. I still don't know if that seating is for the cafe, for the residence, or both. Some more signage would be helpful!

I topped my meal with coffee and water. My friends had the similar type of meal. Only complaint is the kitchen can not do a poached egg in a water bath. I go to this McDonald's often. Mainly for breakfast. I have stopped in later at night if I didn't have time to make dinner. They do a good job here. They make up your food fast and I have never had a problem with any of my orders. If you use the app you can get deals.
