I'm genuinely not sure how a grilled cheese can be served without being grilled. Needless to say, the sandwich was a big ol' miss and the soup, pretty forgetful-doubt that it was made in house. The staff felt impersonal and unwelcoming, which didn't help the experience. I made it a priority to avoid Charlie's for the rest of my trip.
