It is a super chill vibe in the shop and Mawi and the rest of the artists in his shop really seem to have some different going than places like Exposed, and I really appreciate that about them. She is super personable to talk to - that my session went by pretty quickly - and so skilled at what she does. I sent over two inspo pictures and she got the design just right with the font, spacing and even delicateness of the letters! I absolutely love it. I normally get skin hives from environmental stressors but my tattoo was only slightly red immediately after and not hiving at all in the recovery. It is healing really well, too. Jayd'n was such a chill presence when I was initially anxious to get my first piercings as an adult. He walked me through the whole process and made sure the placement worked to balance the slightly lopsided holes I already had from childhood. He handed me a little cupcake plushie to squeeze during the piercing and that's the kind of customer service I love. I'm so happy with how my new piercings look and I'll most likely be back with a friend in the near future to get another!

We set an appointment with Ivan initially but on the appointment day, the artist changed to Antoine, who I already knew was the owner. The shop was extremely clean and I felt comfortable instantly. After waiting for about 10 mins, Antoine showed me the sketch idea and I absolutely loved it! He took the time to incorporate my minor changes and was very patient.
