The line with cash/card takes you to a window where your transaction is completed by an employee and the card only line is a self service kiosk. Both lines move very quick! You have two options: $10 standard wash or $15 premium wash. I went for the standard wash since I didn't need anything fancy! Just need to get some dead bugs and bird poop off my car. The whole experience from check-in to check-out was less than 8 minutes! I felt that the dryers at the end of the car wash are exceptional. No streaks left behind and my car was basically fully dry. I was even able to roll my windows down within 5 minutes of leaving with no water streaks! It was a little tough exiting the car wash since the tunnel releases you right onto the Main Street (San Pablo Ave). A bit bummed that they don't offer vacuums to use or a vacuuming service but it's okay! If you're looking for just a quick wash, this is the place to go!

They essentially have two services: the advanced clean ($10) or the ultimate ($15) . You can check their website ahead of time for what each service entails but to be honest, I love that there are only two choices ~ in our world today we have so many things on our mind that taking endless options off our list is what I want and need. Love a good $10 deal at 8am! When you arrive you're placed in one payment lane or the other if busy, but truly all you need is to know which service you're doing, pay, and you're on your way. With solid service, a solid clean, and hours that accommodate most, this is my local spot. We always turn on fun music during the wash itself. It appears there are also vacuums you can park pre/post wash to utilize on your own. Also on the website it looks like you can get the app and purchase 'unlimited advanced' or 'unlimited ultimate' washes for a monthly set price. That's cool and convenient! There aren't too many car washes like this in the East Bay still ~ leave me a note if there's one you love to roll through windows up and the jams playing!

Today I presented a voucher and without ANY attitude, the guy, Luis, tells me that it's already been redeemed. I apologize and give him the other sheet I have. He scans that one and give me a thumbs up and tells me it's all good and it's for a platinum wash. When I go through and the drying process begins, Luis runs from the other side, taps my window, and just as I'm about to be told that the other voucher was also not valid, he tells me that the computer messed up and I went through the wash on a basic package, not the platinum package. He tells me to turn around and go through the wash again to make sure I get the platinum treatment. At the beginning of this review I said "let's be honest." So, let's be honest, I could've driven away without knowing I'd only received the basic and not the platinum. That Luis went out of his way to tell me the truth and immediately make it right is why I'll only take my car here, Groupon or not! Thank you!

Paid a fraction of the price for a decent outer wash. $12 at shell hands free car wash would not get you nearly as clean as what $12 can get you here. The extra scrub down before entering the car wash is the game changer! I had a bunch of bugs splattered across the entire front of my car and I don't think they would've came off if it weren't for the pre-scrub. I tipped the two gentlemen who did the pre-scrub. This is a simple exterior wash. I would suggest bringing a towel or microfiber cloth to wipe down your car afterward because your car goes through the big vacuum at the end pretty quickly.

I used my Waze app to see this was the nearest station along my way home. Not sure why Hondas have such tiny gas tanks. They aren't all that fuel efficient either - this thing is always empty and it gets half the gas mileage as my Mercedes CDI and Fusion Energi did. So here I am at a station I don't normally go to - all seemed fine - even a receipt printed at the pump - but I noticed the pump went very slowly. Clogged filter - pump issues? I would probably be back as I trust the brand to keep my engine parts clean.
