Not only did I come to find out that he doesn't have permits for foundation repair but he also refuses to pay me back for the damages. Getting a hold of him is impossible due all the addresses he has on his business are all fake. Look them up!!! The BBB is in the process of changing his rating since he never bothered fixing the mess they made in my house or coming to some kind of agreement with me. All of the debris surrounding the house was removed the same day. If a new roof is needed in the future, Hartman is the only roofer i will consider.
