After the initial repair, we had shingles from the same area blow off the roof about 6 months later. They were quick to come out and repair the roof again. But now another 6 months later, my roof is leaking again in the same place. I can't get them to answer the phone and they aren't returning my messages. Very disappointed!

Then Covid happened so we couldn't do anything. Then they finally said they could come on Monday. Moved all of our stuff out of the living room and rooms to be painted. Took everything off the walls and prepped for them to be here at 8am Monday. Then they call and cancel and say they'll have to do it Wednesday. Wednesday morning comes and guess what. They're 2 hours late and no call. When we do call, they again Vance on ya. These are the most unprofessional people. Obviously they don't deserve the work or want it. Don't hire these people, they're a waste of time.
