I politely asked him several times "Hey how's it going" who he was with and if it was his vehicle. He never said anything. He argued that he was not parked in front of my home. I know this is trivial, but I was just wanting to know who they were. Parking is a premium in my neighborhood as I own several vehicles (I just moved one that day or they would have not been able to park there) crime is also up in our area. Questions? Why was he wasting time walking materials across the street to the construction site and not parked there? There was more than plenty of parking. He was blocking my and neighbors mail box also. He did not need to start off angry and defensive. Very nasty!
