The most unprofessional and dishonest business I've ever dealt with…read more Even though they were paid in full by the insurance company months ago, the owner (a man named Brook) refuses to finish the work listed in the contract he signed, and now the company is threatening to put a lien on our home if we don't pay them more money. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The pictures below are the roof of our shed. It was supposed to be replaced as part of the insurance claim. Pure Construction has been paid by the insurance company for a new shed, but they never delivered it.

I stated that my 1500+ sq ft shop roof was leaking due to cheap materials by the builder and wanted to have all the screws replaced and with better quality grommets. The man stated that he would call me that following Monday mid-day to set up an estimate,funny thing was,he didn't ask for my phone number,I had to ask him if he wanted it. Monday comes and goes with no phone call.Tuesday(today) was the same. Should this be how Pure Construction and Roofing operates with all of their prospective customers, I am thrilled they couldn't be bothered. in that our 2970+ sq ft home needs a new roof as well and I had planned to offer Pure Construction and roofing the opportunity to bid the job. I had my roof done by WDR in 2021 and honestly everything during the install was fantastic. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.
