Our previous roof , installed only 10 years before on a new-to-us home, was shoddy and barely qualified for insurance, so replacing the roof unfortunately was needed shortly after we settled. I don't like heights very much. But I will say that Ricky with Lanes Contracting and his crew are superior at what they do and they stand by their work you can turn your back and go about your business and trust that when you turn back around you'll be amazed. I paid the contractor in cash for their services. And I got a phone call a couple hours later stating that I gave them $50 more than the total for the work. A lot of companies would have never called me back to return the $50 these guys did!!! Their trust worthy and they do an excellent job if I could give them 10 out of 10 stars I would. If you're looking for a new roof on your home or just need repairs done I would highly suggest calling Lanes Contracting you'll get your moneys worth I guarantee you that. I could go on and on about how much I like this company but most people don't read long long reviews. These guys are The best in the work they do Will surprise you in a good way.

Trae was able to schedule our roof with only a few weeks notice, he personally delivered shingle samples to our house for convenience, and his service was everything his proposed it would be. Trae took the time to talk me through the price, the whole process and their business philosophy. They hand nail every shingle because using a nail gun could shot through the shingle itself which takes more time but he said it's worth it to prevent us ever getting a leak. He took pictures on his iPad for each step so that he could show us and make sure we were satisfied at the end. Hands down would recommend Home Choice to everyone I know looking for roofing services!
