So I canceled the rest of my order which I'm glad I did otherwise I would not have stumbled upon Firespring. Luckily, I was up the street from this local business and as I walked in this place, I felt comfortable immediately. I rang the bell and Sally came out and said hello. She is incredibly friendly and gave me the steps to get my picture printed as soon as possible. I emailed my pictures and within 10 minutes I was my way home. I want to wait until my frame come to show the final result but they are gorgeous. I needed some large pictures and she did it within minutes. Not to mention she did it at a better price than Walmart. I live in Bellevue, but from now on, I will drive to Council Bluffs just to have my pictures developed by Sally and Firespring. One of the other great things about this company that has to be mentioned is that what they charge per copy (8.5 x 11, standard stock, white paper) is slightly more than HALF THE PRICE of two big copy centers in Omaha (to be left unnamed). From the calls I made, these guys are the most cost effective. This amounted to a quite a savings for my small copy job.
