The owner, Josh, personally came out to do our bid for landscaping cleanup, lawn care, bush/tree trimming, etc. He clearly knew what he was doing and made us feel instantly like we were in good hands. He was able to schedule members of his team to come out and complete the work in less than a week and he personally called to confirm all requested services the day before. Josh's crew (I forget the two gentlemen's names) were so attentive and knowledgeable. My yard was a wreck, but they patiently walked me through everything they intended to do. Went to work and came home to PERFECTION!! So incredibly happy with the results. BTW: After I got our initial quote from Josh, I called around. I actually called 17 different lawn care/landscaping companies in Spokane and Spokane Valley. None of them acted as if they even cared about getting my business. Similar pricing but most were either booked out 3 months (it's late August....so.... not sure what you'd intend to do for us in the winter...) or too busy to accept new customers. PSA: Don't waste your time calling any other companies in Spokane. Pacific Lawn Maintenance is hands down the best. We'll be sticking with them as long as we own this property.

You pay what you get for. Poor service. poor communication and him using his child illness as an excuse was the most pathetic thing I've ever heard in a man. They have a click going and treat new hires like crap. It was really hot about 95 degrees recently I stopped to take a 5 minute rest and get water then the supervisor rolled up on his mower saying I can't take a break . Last time i checked you get 2 fifteen minute breaks and a lunch when you work 10 hours. Better business bureau should look into this horrible company. I'm a seasoned landscaper and do well at my job when I started with the company I wasn't given a proper walk-through of the properties we mowed the supervisor would just point and give hand gestures, and alot of these were for large apartment complexes. I had family coming in town for the weekend and desperately needed my lawn mowed. I reached out to several area lawn care companies to see if anyone could squeeze me in within the next two days. Nick responded within 30 minutes of my request that he would try to work me in within the next two days. I ended up hearing from another service simultaneously who responded they could definitely take care of me before the weekend, so I booked with them. I was so shocked when Nick showed up at my house that same evening that I sent my request saying he had found the time and could mow my lawn the next day. It made me wish I hadn't already booked the other vendor! I was so impressed by his responsiveness.
