A perennial weed that broadleaf weed chemicals won't touch. It has rhizomes (bulbs) in the soil which makes it extremely difficult to get rid of. It came up in 4 days after install when I was watering daily. My yard is ruined and this will be ongoing for years. Many other pieces did not have any grass at all. I am 4 weeks into this mess and it keeps getting worse. Dual Citizen Landscape told me to mow it. Be very leary, they are capable of ruining your lawn.

At first they said they had no Celebration. But then came back and said they did. Took 20 pieces of sod. Very loose, they cut it too thin to keep it together. I didnt mind since it was going in the dirt same day. Got it home, and it is CLEARY a different grass. After taking pieces to a different grass distributor, the half pallet i bought was actually TifTuf, sold as Celebration. And the 20 pieces i took later were actually celebration. I texted with them and they said come get 20 pieces of tiftuf. I told them to confirm i would not be charged, i could bring them back their celebration- they never confirmed and never responded after. Disappointed.

Highly Recommend River City Tree Service & Landscaping!…read more I had a huge, unattractive tree sitting right in the center of my front lawn that I absolutely despised. It completely took away from the look of my home. While River City Tree Service & Landscaping was working on my neighbor's tree, my husband went over to ask about ours--and I'm so glad he did! From the start, the crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to educate us on the type of tree we had and explained exactly what could be done to improve it. What really impressed me was their willingness to squeeze us in the same day--that level of customer service is rare! They trimmed and shaped the tree beautifully, and the transformation is honestly amazing. My front yard looks completely different--in the best way. The curb appeal has improved so much, and I actually enjoy looking at my lawn now. If you're looking for a company that is skilled, responsive, and truly cares about their work, I highly recommend River City Tree Service & Landscaping. We will definitely be using them again!

The other two companies, the employees were wearing masks and they wanted just slightly less than the previous guy. Then Pablo showed up. He wore a mask, he was polite and he had a very fair price. We discussed what needed to be done and he was going to show up the next day. I asked if he wouldn't mind giving a quote for my friend two blocks over. He said that was fine and he gave her the same deal as me. We both had work done on our trees on the next day. Pablo and his crew did a wonderful job and they took care of the cleanup and it only took about an hour and a half. When the pile of brush started encroaching on the public sidewalk they took care of clearing the sidewalk. Since I was having a brush pick up soon they did not have to haul away any brush. I would definitely use this company again and I will be recommending them to others.

After walking around the yard to look over the project and later, sending my drawing of what I was looking for in greater detail he came back with an estimate. Glad to say I was sitting down when I saw it. After talking with the wife we decided to scale back the project to just the patio, but have I.L.D. supply us with enough Flagstone for us to do the pathways on our own as time and energy permit. We did custom remodeling work for 14 years since my forced retirement in 2003, but decided to completely retire in 2018, so the budget was a major concern. David's revised estimate was still more than we expected, but knowing the amount of labor involved, we agreed on the price. David's crew was able to start on our place the following Tuesday and completed the job by the next Monday after that. I was happy with the professionalism his crew displayed and the attention to details that made a difference in the end product. I was impressed with the stone-work, and the respect shown to our property by all the workers. The crew supervisor did suggest a change to the job after digging out for the stonework, that increased the total area. It made a lot of sense so David and I quickly came to an agreement on the adjustment that was reasonable. I highly recommend David and I.L.D. for this kind of work.
