So my wife and I booked separate appointments to get cleanings. They told her she had gingivitis and needed special treatments. This was odd because she takes care of her teeth better than anyone I know. I went to my appointment a week later. You will never guess what they told me. I have gingivitis as well. In the history of my life, no dentist has ever told me I have gingivitis. On top of all of this, they spam my inbox with messages and they are now open Sunday's! Poor workers! read more

Dr. Bustos and his staff are both extremely professional and friendly. Even though going to the dentist office can be a stressful experience, everyone at this office is positive and helps to create a relaxing setting. I had an old, old filling which had cracked my tooth and a crown was necessary. The entire procedure went smoothly and with no difficulty. My one less-than-glowing comment is that I had to wait 3 weeks for the actual crown and had a temporary crown in the meanwhile... In the many of the dental service advertisements I see, a crown is made for you while you wait... eliminating a three week wait and a temporary crown. Other than that, I do recommend this practice and will definitely return as necessary. read more

RUN FAR AWAY I went to this office for what should have been a simple cleaning and was told I needed fillings. After they performed three fillings, I developed severe pain, bleeding gums, and sensitivity. I had to return 8 times in three weeks for adjustments, bite corrections and polishing due to repeated mistakes by the dentist. Despite all those visits, the pain only got worse. When I raised concerns about a possible infection, they refused to discuss antibiotics and told me to "just get a root canal if I'm in pain," even though their own specialist said I didn't need one. It turns out, the original dentist never properly sealed my filling and left my tooth structure exposed and allowed bacteria to sit in the space for two weeks. There was zero communication between the doctors about my care. Because of their negligence and extended refusal of care, I have had that tooth filled THREE TIMES in 4 weeks and I'm NOW at risk of needing a root canal when all I originally needed was a basic cleaning. The office also showed shocking disregard for privacy and professionalism -- they discussed another patient's name and diagnosis in front of me during my fillings, sent me another patients X-ray, and refused to provide my own clinical notes when I asked. When I finally did receive my notes, they sent me partial screenshots, not my full notes. I had to demand my notes again to get the full copies. To top it off, the hygienist's own notes show she charged me for something she forgot to give me. I should also add that during my initial fillings, while the dentist that worked on my teeth stopped to discuss another patient, she held the drill directly next to my face close enough that I had to get up to avoid it hitting me. When she accidentally pressed the button that lifted the chair up while working inside my mouth, she didn't try to remove the drill from my mouth. I had to push her hand away to avoid severe injury. My new dentist confirmed that the fillings were done incorrectly and embedded into my gums, causing ongoing pain and possible nerve damage. This office has caused me unnecessary pain, stress, and expense. I would strongly urge anyone considering this place to go elsewhere -- this was one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. read more

I appreciate Dr. Bustos and his staff. They are welcoming and very friendly. We appreciate their thoroughness with our teeth cleanings. My husband needed some extra care for his gums and they were helpful & provided a plan to help him. They have worked with our schedule to help find a time to do our dental work. I loved that they sell the best toothbrush and water pic to use and do no upcharge. This was more convenient and most cost effective than going to buy it somewhere else! VERY helpful. read more

I found this place when we first moved here 5 years ago. It was super convenient and my very first experience was great. From that point on it got a little annoying. I had gone regularly to a dentist back home in CT and never had many issues such as cavities etc. I had seen my CT dentist I'm guessing about 6 months before moving here because I had an appointment that was canceled because of Covid just before I left. I started having a bad toothache a couple of months after getting to FL, so I went to this Dr for a cleaning and to see what they said. It turned out to be a cracked tooth and it was fixed but then to my absolute shock I had 5 other cavities that needed to be fixed. Just going by what the Dr had suggested I got them filled even though they weren't bothering me. I also had fantastic insurance and it was like a shakedown at the front desk every single time and not for a small amount. Even just for cleanings which were supposed to be completely covered. My husband worked for the insurance company and said it should be all set. Even though I told them this they continued to do it. I told them every time to just send a bill. They never did. I told them every visit when they tried to charge me that I wasn't getting a bill. They double checked my address and it was all correct. Still never a bill. Never in my life had I experienced this. On another note my hygienist was great the first time. We talked and laughed. Then the second time she seemed to have an attitude and started treating me like I was 3. Giving me looks but no words if I said I said didn't do things a certain way. I don't do fluoride and she had a little attitude about that. Asking me why and just looking confused. At one point she asked me if I was working yet since moving here. I told her no I hadn't found a job yet but I wasn't really bothered by it to which she responded "must be nice" with a weird tone. I used to be a hairstylist and said I didn't really want to do it anymore to where she laughed and said "well what else are you going to do??" I felt very talked down to every time I went. It got to the point where I was dreading going between the shakedowns and attitudes. It was just so convenient for me. Oh! Just about every single appointment I had they would cancel last second. This place is 6 minutes away and they would literally cancel as I was leaving for the appointment. The last time they texted me to cancel and reschedule asking if another date would work. They texted me the date and I said yes it will work with no reply. I just figured it was set. The day came and went and I never got a reminder or confirmation....nothing. I just took it as a chance to seek another dentist. read more

Start of appointment should have been a clue. Monica was a very unprofessional hygienist. Asked for "pediatric x ray holder" and request was denied. I was told I "did not need that" in a rather unprofessional manner. Hygienist proceeded to do 18 oral x-rays and a panoramic x-ray. When I explained to the hygienist she was hurting me, she stated, "Kids as young as 6 can do this." Hygienist proceeded to discuss "deep gum cleaning" three times due to my "gum issues". One year previous (at a different dental office) gum readings were 1-3. Today I was told some 4, 5 and 6. I found this unbelievable, since I have had no change in health, medications or oral hygiene. When asking Dr. Bustos about this change, he said he had no idea. Ironically, I was called by an office staff member at 7 pm asking when I return for a procedure, my gums could be rechecked? Next, I was told I have two cavities. One is under a filling? Another caregiver came in to take photos of my teeth. The two employees were talking and then AFTER Dr. Bustos left did I hear words about crowns for teeth with fractures? Dr. Bustos never said crowns, he recommended having cavities done. Given estimate of $8625 for 4 crowns! I will NOT RETURN. read more

I contacted this office on a Thursday night due to a dental emergency and received an email from Catherine that they could see me Friday morning. Drove 30 minutes in pain, only to be told I didn't have an appointment. I showed Catherine the email she sent to me and her only response was that it was a mistake. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Why advertise that you handle dental emergencies and then not see the patient when I showed up on time. Definitely would not recommend. read more

I changed from a previous dentist to 3D and Dr. Bustos. I ended up having a ton of teeth fractures my previous dentist never mentioned. I love the staff at 3D. Everyone is kind and patient. Dr. Bustos has been amazing. They took pics of all my problem areas to show me. I'm not a big fan of any dental work, but the office and Dr. Bustos does everything to make it better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. read more
