David did a full detail, paint correction, and ceramic coating on my car (a 2022 Infiniti) last week. Excellent job, great service. And he's a super nice guy. He takes pride in his work and his goal is to make the customer happy. read more

David is an awesome person and he does excellent work. He truly takes pride in what he does

3D Mobile Detailing is AWESOME! I have had him do my car every few weeks for years now, I have been using him for almost 8 years now and I can't believe that no one has reviewed him here in yelp. David, the owner, comes to you with his van and is totally self-contained (his own water, generator, power washer and all mounted in his truck). He can come do your car at your house or he can come catch it for you at work in your parking lot. He came to our work today and did my car and two of my co-workers. You can just give your car a simple wash & vacuum or you can get the whole treatment with wax and all. All of his prices are very reasonable and your car will look like new! His prices are all on his website. I know he does all of the Hornets player's cars and I think a few of the Saints. He really does topnotch work and really hustles out there. 3D Mobile Detailing is a great service...if your car could use a little TLC call David and let me come and get your ride all cleaned up and looking really good! read more

I have an oldie but a goodie, a 2001 Toyota 4Runner. 3D Auto Detailing did a fantastic job at a full detail scrubbing the inside and shining the outside to look like new. You can get mobile detail or take to their location in Chalmette. And with their multi person crew they had it done in 2 hours. Highly recommend. Just look at that rainwater bead right off! read more

David is awesome. I called him with a very specific problem that I wanted addressed before my parents came to visit. - My car smells like dogs when it's humid because the previous owner used to put the dogs in the car or something and I can't seem to get rid of the hair. - Some food got spilled and food juice got stuck under the seat and I tried multiple times to clean it and it still smelled foul, especially when humid. He did an awesome job. Of course, I still see dog hair, because that stuff is impossible to get out in one cleaning job, but my car smells much better on any given humid day. Thanks, David! read more

So, I searched high and low for a good place to get my car detailed and found 3D Mobile Detailing. I logged on and put in an appointment request and David got with me really quickly. He and his team arrived at my house and went over what he would do and asked if I had any particular details I wanted him to pay attention to. That was awesome. They treated my car like it was worth million dollars. I had swirl marks from previous attempts at detailing and they got them out. They went under the hood, in the door cracks and between the hard to reach places around the seats. I will be using David and his team from now on. They are fantastic. read more

3D Mobile Detailing is a fantastic detailing service! When I drove out to New Orleans from Los Angeles I brought out my F-150 and BMW 328 - The truck had my very furry Akita in the whole 1800 miles here, which meant there was ton of dog hair in the seats and carpets by the time we got here. David cleaned the entire interior so well you couldn't even tell my dog was in the truck. Made my truck and car look new! I think another important thing to note is he shows up with a van equipped with a water tank and power washer - Update - I had David come out and detail the car and truck again. This time he did it in a big hurry early in the morning. Had his kids work on my car (Not a big deal, but they did not have the attention to detail that David has on his own) after they left and the mid morning sunshine hit the cars I noticed a lot of wax that was left along bottom edge of the car and doors. I asked David if he would mind coming back later in the week to complete the job. He agreed to come back later in the week. Tried following up with him number of times and he simply ignored my calls. It's truly a shame. He's a good guy, but didn't follow up on the simple customer service piece of the job. read more

Bought a LivingSocial coupon to get my car detailed. After WEEKS of e-mailing, and finally calling, for an appointment the guy says "When are you free on Wednesday?" I told him. A few days later, Wednesday comes around. I wait for about an hour after I told him I was available, and then e-mail him. He tells me that he FORGOT about me! Unprofessional, much? Hire someone to handle your appointments if it's so difficult to write them down yourself. I called LivingSocial and they refunded my money, thankfully. Unless you have the time to be hounding this guy for an appointment, don't bother. He either has a serious disorganization problem or seriously doesn't care about customer service, maybe both. read more

What sets 3D apart is it's owner, David, who is not just interested in doing a great job on your car but making sure that you are amazingly pleased....I honestly think he wouldn't sleep well at night if he felt the work he did on your car wasn't exactly what you wanted... I have a 10 year old car and I had never gotten it detailed until David and his crew worked on it for a few hours and totally made me feel like I was driving an earlier model of my car -- it was the same car -- but not only was it clean inside and out but I felt like showing it off to everyone I knew -- and, the best part, was that the quote he gave me to do it was far less than all the detail shops I had inquired....it was really affordable and I was annoyed at myself that I hadn't done it before...even days later he checked with me to make sure everything was still great -- I can't say enough good things about David and 3D Mobile.... Everyone spends so much time in their cars and it makes such a nice difference to really enjoy the time that you are stuck in traffic, etc....David will come to your house and totally make you a believer -- trust me it's completely worth it! read more

I had my car fully detailed inside and out today and I am 110% satisfied! My car looks like I just drove it off of the dealership floor at Audi. David was completely professional and treated my car as if it were his own. I will definitely be doing business with 3D mobile detailing again! read more

Damn is it hard to find a mobile detailer that will actually show up, call you back, stick to their rates, etc. The guys at 3D were reasonable and honest about what they could do and for how much. Underpromised and overdelivered, which was great. I did the cheapest wash available, $65, which came out real nice. I'm saving up now for one of their bigger packages. read more

Plain and simple the finest auto detailing company I have ever used. My 9 year old MB C 300 looks as good as it did the day I drove it of the lot new. My daughter thought I had bought a new car. David is a consummate professional and takes great pride in his work. His attention to detail is amazing. No one but David will ever detail my car going forward. read more

A few days ago, I was on my way to the gym and thought I'd carry a protein shake with me. This was a HUGE banana cream shake mixed with about a quart of whole milk. I made sure the lid was screw on nice and tight, laid it carefully in the passenger seat of my Prius and took off to the gym. Well, I get to the gym, pick up my shaker and yup, you guessed it...it was empty! While I made sure the lid was screwed on tight, I neglected to ensure the drinking spout was on properly. The entire contents of that shaker had apparently leaked out and ran down the seat and into the carpet. Being that I've been working crazy hours lately, all I had time to do was soak as much up as I could with paper towels and empty a can of Lysol inside. Three days later, it smelled like a monkey had puked in my car! So I did a search for mobile detailing in New Orleans and up pops this review on Yelp. The reviews were good so I called him up. He shows up in this professionally equipped van and another guy. They went at my car like a couple of cleaning ninjas and in about an hour it was done. I sat down in my car and took a deep breath. Sure enough, no more rotten banana cream pie smell!. Plus they made the rest of the car look like new too. I might add they were both very pleasant too. read more

I recently bought a LivingSocial coupon for 3D Mobile Detailing since my SUV was in need of some thorough cleaning. I called the number and was told to go on the website to request an appointment. So I went on their website, filled out all the information and submitted the form. I got an automated email with all the information I had provided, so I'm sure they received the request. A week went by and I never got a call back. So I called again. This time I was sent to voice mail. I left a message stating that I had a LivingSocial coupon that I would like to redeem, and that I had already requested an appointment through the website. I also left my name and my phone number. Several days went by and nobody called me back. So again I called their number and got the machine. I left another message. Several days went by and I decided it was a lost cause. I ended up having to call LivingSocial to request a refund. It took me about 40 minutes (between being on hold and explaining to them what had happened) to get them to process the refund. It was a real shame because I was looking forward to finding a good detailing service I could use every now and then. Also because this service seemed to have their act together judging by their website and the other reviews. I'm glad I was able to get a refund, but it was a huge waste of time calling them several times, going on the web to request an appointment and then finally having to request a refund with LivingSocial. Buyer beware. read more

David was such a pleasure to deal with. I surprised my friend with a car detail for her birthday. Had him do it while she was at work and he went above and beyond. He communicating with me exactly the time he would be there and I honestly felt I was undercharged. He knew the circumstances and went out of his way to make it amazing for her. I will most definitely be calling him for my own car next time and would refer him to anyone. read more

David and his crew were incredible and went above and beyond! We called at the last minute and he was able to come to my apartment the next morning! He even stopped to pick up new windshield wipers for me when I mentioned mine were trashed, which really saved us on our road trip. My SUV is over ten years old and was disgusting both inside and outside! It now looks like new, and even after a rainstorm still looks awesome! He also cleaned the engine! All the guys were super nice and did an excellent job! read more

I recently drove my BMW cross country (over 1900 miles) from CA to NOLA with two passengers and a dog that sheds in tow. Needless to say, after such a long haul, the exterior took a beating and all the food crumbs and dog hair on the inside made me cringe. My car needed some serious TLC! Knowing a drive thru car wash would not get the job done, I contacted David. We had to reschedule a few times due to all the rain, but he stayed in constant communication until weather finally cleared. When I saw the car after David and his crew mate finished, all I could say was WOW! My car looked AMAZING! The outside shined like crazy and the interior was immaculate. He brought my car back to life! He honestly made it look as good as it did when I drove it brand new off the car lot almost two years ago. MONEY WELL SPENT! If your ride needs some love and attention, do yourself, and your car, a favor and call David. read more

Just had my 2004 Toyota Tacoma detailed by David from 3D Mobile! Wish we would have taken a before and after shot as my truck had some serious oxidation in the paint from years of build up. David took his time and did a fantastic job...and now my truck is shiny like new! Would definitely recommend this service! An added bonus is he comes to you! read more

Disregard the couple of bad reviews on this site about David and 3D-Mobile Detailing. Some people expect too much. I mean, to have someone actually come to you and clean out your car? And for the price?!?! He is very reasonable, especially considering todays gas prices. I'm not sure what more you can expect. Everyone has a bad day once in awhile and forgets appointments. All I can tell you is that EVERY time I have scheduled him he has shown up and done an incredible job. A family man indeed and highly professional at the same time, David has never done a poor job or hurried. Maybe just clean your car yourself. Great Job ALWAYS, David. Can't wait to recommend you further. Also, read the filtered reviews and note that they are not factored in to his star rating for some reason. read more

I recommend David and his staff without hesitation! We had friends coming to town who were going to borrow our car on their family visit. 2 days before their arrival, one of those giant glass pickle jars broke in the trunk. We called 3D & expressed that our job was time sensitive and they scheduled us for the next day. David called the morning of our appointment to confirm and arrived promptly at the arranged time. He made the interior of my husband's 5 year old Camry look and smell like new. He also did a terrific job on my SUV. 3D does a timely, great job with attention to detail at a reasonable price. read more
