From the time that myself and some of the other artists that had arrived, the customer service had not been the best. We were ill-informed of the requirements and if it wasn't for me bringing my laptop to the event, we would've had no music to play over the sound system. The owner made a number of condescending comments that he tried to make into a joke, which no one thought were funny. When I got slightly stern with him, the comments ceased, in my direction. Throughout the night, a woman that hadn't been around, and this is before the event had event started, proceeds to grab my drink and throw it away. I told her that it was mine and I would appreciate if she left it there. Rudely, she makes a comment about it needing to be thrown away by show time, while they had their own, personal drinks lying around, with food. We had received been clearance of our food vendor being able to be in a specific place outside and then the owner is outside, while our show is going on, threatening to call the police and wants us out immediately. There was another show in another theater that was 99% white people, which they had additional commentary for the nearly 100-150 people coming out of the show. We had maybe 20 people in our show and they were constantly on us the entire night about the smallest things, despite selling nearly 100 tickets for our show. Coincidentally, most of the people that came to our show were Latin, Hispanic, and Black backgrounds. Definitely came off as racially profiled and was quite literally the worst experience I've had at a venue. Unprofessional and definitely hoping to never get booked her or ever go back again. Artists, stay clear away!! The only reason I gave this place two stars was because the venue is nice, clean, and spacious. Two members of the staff, one of the sound guys and the bartender were professional, courteous, non-judgmental, did their jobs and made this experience somewhat bearable.

Multiple levels so you're really never struggling to see over a sea of people. Friendly staff. This is basically a better Granada with a slightly higher capacity. I hope they get someone legitimate to turn this place back into a destination because it's more than worthy.

As someone who worked for AMC Theatres in downtown Fort Worth during high school, I'll admit--I'm…read morepretty picky when it comes to movie theaters. That said, Cinemark Rave Ridgmar 13 and XD definitely meets the mark. The theater itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Every auditorium features stadium seating with fully reclining chairs, which makes the movie experience that much more enjoyable. One of the best features is the design of each row--there's a large privacy wall behind each one, so you're not distracted by people behind you or having your view blocked. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference. While the surrounding Ridgmar Mall has seen better days--especially since Neiman Marcus moved to Clearfork and most of the other stores followed--it's worth noting that the mall is still kept in good condition. It may feel like a ghost town now, with just a few stores and a nearly empty food court, but I truly hope someone invests in revitalizing it. The location and structure have so much potential. If you're just looking to catch a great movie in comfort, Cinemark Rave Ridgmar 13 is a solid choice.

Well it's gonna be short and sweet, The theater is always pretty clean in my experience, well staffed and reasonably priced considering the prices around town these days. Nice pleather auto recliners , they offer movies in XD and now D Box as well which I'm not sure even does anything as I went to a movie once and didn't notice anything different about the seat but maybe it was just me or that movie idk. Overall this is my favorite theater in town to go see movies, the matinee is only $7.50 which I love and never had any problems here, so if you're looking for a good movie theater that's not as expensive as the Tavern then I would definitely recommend Rave cinema!

I stood around the front desk area (FYI-stood right next to a sign saying see us about a tour). As I waited, I saw the same lady pass right by me a few times, eventually thinking she must work there. The 3rd time she passed by me, literally a few feet away, I noticed she had on a WEWORK shirt and I asked her if she worked there. She pretended not to hear me, and kept walking away, again, this was the 3rd time this WEWORK employee passed by me. I kind of followed her and said, "mam, do you work here?" She reluctantly stopped, turned around and said she did work there and she seemed incredibly irritated that I had even bothered talking to her. MAJOR attitude. I told her was there in inquire about availability, and by this time she was approaching a locked door going inside the offices. She then said she was about to go to lunch, and I would have to come by another day. She let the door close and kept walking away. I was blown away by her dismissive, arrogant, non caring attitude. If she worked for me, I would fire her immediately on the spot. When you hire these kind of woke, seemingly entitled people with this kind of negativity, horrible work ethic and completely non existent business acumen, word gets out. SEEMS LIKE OTHER REVIEWS ARE VERY SIMILAR TO MY EXPERIENCE. I went to another NON wework office space, completely the opposite there, and the person I talked to was helpful, generous and seemed like she actually liked her job. ATTENTION WEWORK CLEARFORK........fire they young hag you have representing your facility at this location. Hiring lazy woke employees to represent your facility cant be a good idea.
