Since it was the weekend, we had to wait in the lobby downstairs for about 15-20 minutes. Luckily, we made it up just in time to catch the sunset and take some amazing photos. We were also fortunate enough to find seats at the bar, but if you want guaranteed seating, it's definitely better to make a reservation in the main seating area. Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Parking - Valet / Nearby Parking Atmosphere - The view is absolutely the star of the show. Watching the sunset over the city from this height creates an unforgettable experience, especially for a special occasion. The space itself feels upscale and lively without being overwhelming. Service - The service was excellent. Our bartender, Michael, made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and added to the overall experience. My girlfriend especially appreciated the complimentary olives, which was a nice touch. What We Ordered - Old Fashioned (Very well balanced and smooth) Cucumber Martini (Refreshing and perfectly crafted) Final Thoughts - This was the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday. Between the stunning views, great drinks, and attentive service, it made for a memorable evening. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great lounge experience in Philadelphia.

Food (7/10) - Mediocre food for a four seasons place. Found two thick bones in my sea bass and a thick branch that you can't chew in the veggies. Pasta was decent but nothing to rave about. Popular trout sushi is overrated - ratio of crispy rice and trout isn't right. Service (10/10) - top notch! Ambiance (10/10) - Romantic, relaxed. Beautiful 360 skyline view all around Philadelphia. We got there before sunset and got to enjoy all colors of the sky. Hope you get the window tables but it's not guaranteed.

Graffiti Bar - The bar behind the bar. Tiny pours big prices. Kinda understand why it's empty.

It is located behind the restaurant, you can walk down the alley or walk though Sampan (to the left behind the kitchen). Beef Satay...very good! Definitely would get this again. Kobe Sliders...good Chili Crisp Chicken Bao...very good, balanced with all the right flavors and the Bao Bun is like biting into a cloud of dough. Kim Chee Fried Rice...really good, this was definitely our favorite. Riced cooked perfectly and the flavors were so memorable with the egg in the middle. After Happy Hour we didn't need dinner for the night and it was great to take a walk in the city to digest!

It's a smaller enclosed back patio area with one long table, a long bar, and some wall seats. It definitely gets packed so get there early or be lucky to grab a spot. Staff here always good about making sure everything runs smoothly and it's a fun time. Their food options are pretty fairly priced and most are good picks. Haven't had everything personally, but the banh mi, bao buns, and kimchi fried rice are all decent. Crab rangoons, dumplings, and satay skewers were fine but I wouldn't get again and instead try something else. Drinks also good even at regular price. Fun spot for after work or with friends on the weekend. Thanks

When we raised the issue, the waitress Emily attempted to help but seemed defeated. I've had several great experiences at Billionaire lounge…read more The interior is clean, opulent and well laid out. The walls are loaded with framed humorous wall art. There is a DJ booth (music can get loud later in the evening with mostly rap being played), a small bar, hookah, circle button tufted high booths along the walls, roped off VIP sections, tables with cushioned seats, couches and swanky high backed dome chairs. The hollow glass tables in the lounge have bricks of fake cash and fake gold plated guns inside of them. There is a glass wall with gold bottles of Ace of Spades Armand de Brignac bottles that provided a nice backdrop for pics. The bathrooms are big, clean and have an artificial flower ceiling in the hall way before you go in that's pretty cool. Drinks - I've mostly stuck to bourbon/rye whiskey drinks, the beer variety was limited so we had some Heinekens. The prices were pretty fair, my wife has had special cocktails, but has also ordered rum and cokes. We've enjoyed watching people get the swanky bottle service where the waitresses bring out the bottle/s with sparklers going. There are some high end Champagnes and Tequilas on their bottle list if that's your thing. Food wise - I think the best part of our visits have been the food. We've had the charcuterie board, steak, salmon and calamari. The lobster ravioli is awesome too. The salads are always very fresh. The pricing is usually around $16-$29. We did a group dine for a work party $55-$70 per person and I think the aged Ribeye made it worth every penny. Hookah - I wasn't sure of the pricing, but they have lots of flavors and staff that will take care of that part. Lounges aren't usually my thing, but It's nice to dress up and experience a night out once in awhile. The crowds were respectful, security was professional and I look forward to the next dinner party there. The rest of the crowd seemed to be having a good time and although they don't have a designated dance floor we all danced at times in the space near the tables with no drama and lots of laughter. Thanks guys!!
