We sat upstairs with a group of ladies playing mah jong which was cool to see. The host Gabby was nice, after greeting us we were seated in a booth and began looking at the menu. Our server was Taylor, who was friendly, helpful, and really good at her job. Never needed anything bc she was great! I started with one of their blackberry ciders, my brother got a sour. For an app we ordered a giant pretzel and it was delicious. Whole grain mustard and gooey cheese were served on the side. Hard not to want to eat more than one. For entrees I went with a Reuben with a side of tater tots. The Reuben was tasty, they shred the corned beef up so it's easier to eat, and you get consistent bites every time. Their 1000 island dressing is KILLER. It's definitely homemade and I ordered a side for my tots. Nephew got the salmon BLT with sweet potato fries, and my brother got the Philly cheesesteak with tots as well. Once he tried my suggestion of dipping in the dressing, he got a side as well. The GM Andrew came by and checked on us. Service level is great here, made us feel welcome and happy we were in here. Since I'm technically on the clock I had to head out after two ciders. I could see myself being here for hours, if I'm not careful. Support small owned businesses! Thanks to the team and especially Taylor for a great lunch today/

Also, all the meats we had were really great--they were all flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. Broths (we had spicy miso and mala) were also very flavorful, more so than most shabu/hot pot places I've had in Georgia. The thing that drives it all home though is the service. You have excellent servers who are considerate and know when to step away and give you some time, or when to come in and ask if you needed anything else. Our server was friendly, empathetic, and an absolute star. Also, the runners and bussers come in quickly and silently when attending to your table, yet are friendly when responding, well versed on the menu offerings, and quick to take action with anything you needed. I have literally never seen such top tier service at any Asian establishment, let alone restaurants in general. We will be back for the service alone; they contributed greatly to the overall experience so props to management for their excellent employee hiring/training.

We've hosted our company Christmas parties and meetings at this neighborhood bar for years and…read morealways booked them as private events. In the past, the bar closed to the public, posted signage, and staff consistently enforced that it was a private function. Under the new ownership, that standard completely collapsed during our event yesterday. When our scheduled private event began, there were still patrons inside. We assumed they would finish up and leave, but they did not. More people continued to come in, and the owners refused to clear the space or enforce the private booking. This was especially concerning because our staff group included minors (we informed the bar in advance, and made it clear they were not to be served alcohol). During the event, one patron was filming the group, including the underage attendees. Inappropriate comments were also made toward the women in our party. When we confronted the situation and asked that the video be deleted, the patron refused. When we brought this to the employees/owners, we were shocked to see them defend the patron and then demand that our group leave. It became clear that several of the patrons were friends/relatives of the owners. One of them even claimed to be an ex-cop and threatened that we would be arrested if we didn't leave. We ultimately paid our bill, left, and had to move our meeting elsewhere. If you're booking a "private event" here, be aware that the owners may not honor it or protect your group, even when minors are present. Based on how this was handled, women in particular should strongly consider avoiding this business, especially for private events or group gatherings. We will not be returning.

We have been to a few Desi bar / restaurant in cumming area and thought it was yet another of those . Bindaas was really Bindaas ! Great location . Lots of seating inside , nice bar and good food . The extended hours of timing was also perfect for a weekend vibe. Service can surely improve . If we are seated at the backside , it's pretty hard to find someone to order or reorder stuff . It's also good to see very good IPAs on drafts . Both the IPAs we had was from a good brewery and tasted magnificent . Hazy ipa was so good . Great choice on brewers . It is tough to see other desi bars giving fresh / from the tap IPAs .. they also made good margaritas . Food was awesome . We asked them to make Pappu/avakaaya rice (not in menu) and they made it . It was super delicious ! We reordered it and all friends enjoyed it . They should add this to their menu. Karuvepakku chicken was top class . Lovely blend of spices and super awesome .. karampodi chicken was also toooooo good . Chicken biryani was ok. Not the best of the biryanis I have had . Unfortunately, that excitement disappeared pretty quickly. We waited approximately 10 minutes without being acknowledged. A woman standing behind us who had arrived after we did was approached by the bartender and had her order taken first. I'm not going to speculate about the reason, but sitting there and watching it happen certainly didn't make us feel welcome. At that point I decided not to order anything because I already had doubts about staying. My wife ordered a glass of white wine that was supposed to be a 6 oz pour. When it arrived, we both questioned the amount. I even noticed other glasses of wine at a nearby table that appeared to have considerably larger pours. I've included a photo so people can judge for themselves. We weren't looking for special treatment because it was our anniversary. We simply expected the same basic level of acknowledgement and service as everyone else. It's unfortunate because we came in genuinely excited to try a local place and celebrate together. The atmosphere has potential, but our first impression of the service made us feel like we'd be better off spending our anniversary somewhere else.
