For the short message, if you are buying a house through Paramount do not use them to renovate,…read moreremodel, or let alone touch anything by the "construction side". We purchased our home over a year ago through Paramount and the purchasing experience was what one would consider reasonable. Beside the part of being preached about how they are all in house and have team that can paint and do flooring...... that's where our nightmare begins. Purchased the home, and they were to install new flooring and give the interior a fresh paint job, nothing over the top. Painted things they should not have, ripped out flooring they should not have, over promised and under delivered. Ripped out the stairs and was told we'll replace them for free..... bathrooms less lip but was happy to use extra materials that were not allocated for the square footage ordered. All of the finishing work probably could have been completed better off by my 2 year old son. Caulking clumps everywhere.... roller marks through the skylights and 40 foot ceilings, they needed to hire a 3rd party to come in and redo all of the flooring work, replaced damaged window ceilings with lesser than builder grade material, mind you we have initially purchased the home with nice hardwood oak throughout..... all getting painted and tarnished throughout this process. This is turning into a list of absolute blunders that in reality are examples of what you do not want your hard earned money to go towards. Let alone one of the most valuable assets you potentially have in your portfolio. Anyone open to a class action lawsuit please feel free to reach out.

I worked with Marc to complete an off market transaction. From the first time we talked to each other, for my inquiry of how an off market sale works to when attorneys like him get involved, Marc was communicative, informative, patient, and to the point. He spent time talking and explaining things to me even when there may not be a deal. When I called again after making some progress, he remembered our previous conversation and we were able to quickly confirm next steps. He also spent substantial time conducting comp analysis with me, which I wasn't really expecting, provided referrals for services as needed, and walked me through the contract point by point per my questions. It was simply superb service. Worth every penny. I would also say that he was really watching out for our interest. In cases where we might be able to negotiate, he worked to point those out and discussed potential strategies with us. On top of that, when we ended up making decisions he may not have made himself, he quickly accepted our perspective without making a big deal of it. In the end, we successfully completed the transaction without fuss. And I would recommend Marc for anyone who has needs for his type of service. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Going in, we knew that good communication skills would be critical, since we were already living 1,000 miles away. Dawn impressed us here from our very first meeting, when she took detailed notes of our discussion, and later the same day, wrote up and sent us those notes, completely unprompted. She maintained this high level of communication all the way through the close of escrow. The house needed some repairs prior to going on the market. Because we were far away, Dawn handled finding contractors, getting bids and scheduling the work -- as well as coordinating the painters, house cleaners and stager. It was surely like herding cats at times, but Dawn handled it with grace and skill. We were lucky enough to get multiple offers on the house. Instead of just forwarding the offers and letting us sift through them, Dawn spent considerable time preparing a spreadsheet to compare the relevant aspects of each offer. This made it much easier to evaluate the offers and make a decision. Once we were in contract, the deal hit a number of bumps -- through no fault of Dawn's; the buyer's lender was a bit of a nightmare. Dawn guided us through these problems each time, clearly explaining our options and the impact of each. Then, right before closing, the buyer's lender threw another ridiculous monkey wrench into the deal, which could've made the entire thing fall apart. Dawn went above and beyond to ensure not just that the deal closed (it did), but that all the paperwork was in place to protect us from any possible future disputes. Even after escrow closed, Dawn was still mopping up after the lender's mess. Shortly after the deal closed, Dawn provided us with an electronic version of every scrap of documentation associated with the transaction, all impeccably organized. We would recommend Dawn to anyone without reservation.

They are hardworking, ethical, extremely knowledgeable, and really really nice people. I would not hesitate to recommend Dawn to any of my friends or neighbors.
