She asked us our thoughts and then advised us, she was everything and more. We were happy with our offer and we got the home! We had issues securing a lender, not anything on our behalf our Alyssa's. After 2 lenders fell through, I called Alyssa crying because I was afraid we were going to lose our home. She told me that I was done driving, and she had the wheel. That same day, she secured us a lender who had us closed in a week! I just thank God for Alyssa, she even got us in the home prior to closing (we rented from the sellers). I contribute all of that to the business relationships she has with others, because the seller's agent was very understanding and worked with us the entire time. If I could leave zero stars I would, this company was horrible to rent from, the property manager…read moreCourtney was always hard to get ahold of, she didn't want to do her job, I had plumbing issues the entire time I lived in my unit, the first week I moved in the toilet backed up into the shower and all Over my house and the property manager complained that she had to work on a Sunday, the water heater went o it the first week, no AC, overcharged me when I moved out, charged me $600 for the kitchen sink backing up, the backyard was an absolute disaster they had no plan on fixing it, the walls would leak when it rained. DO NOT RENT from this place or this company. Zero stars.
