They performed external perimeter and internal suite patrols to ensure employee and property safety. But High Caliber's best characteristic was stellar customer service, where not only did they provide security, we had their officers work our reception desk and perform light administration duties. They were very professional, dynamic and worked well welcoming our high profile guests. High Caliber's team became an extension of our company as if they were actual employees. Would hire them again.

I worked with him a few times and he doesn't do what he says he would do he just makes you believe…read moreanything you want to hear and say that he can help you catch criminals but all he does is wastes your time and money and makes you do all the work and when you're paying him to do barely anything to help catch anyone. I am disappointed when he says he's your friend but he's just after your money. Also he makes it so obvious for the criminals to know what car he drives and stuff so how can you catch anyone by revealing what you are driving? I also cancelled with him to stop helping me because he's just scamming me at this point and he wouldn't give me back some of the money I already gave to him early up front. Not cool btw.

DAS Global by far exceeded my expectations!!…read more At first I was a bit hesitant about hiring a private investigator, But as soon as I reached out to DAS global they contacted me. They were polite and listened, and guaranteed me that they would use every resource they have to help me, and they sure did! My case required me to find someone that did not want to be found, because he needed to be served to appear in court, and the information I had was not leading me anywhere, but as soon as I sent it to DAS global they were able to locate him in less than 24 hours. During the process of locating the "person" they kept me updated with images and information about the "person". I felt relieved that I had found the right Private investigators to do the job. When they found the "person" they called and sent video proof. Truly they were GOD sent. May GOD continue to bless DAS Global with abundant of blessings. They truly do want to help and succeed in satisfying the customer, and that's exactly What they did.

I worked with this firm on a cybersecurity dispute in the past few years. My main advice when…read morechoosing whether to work with Sunset is to not work with the primary IT consultant who consults for this firm. If you have an issue, he will only do the standard investigative techniques that even ChatGPT can tell you to investigate yourself. For instance, I suspected that there was a keylogger on my Mac device. He only looked through my System Settings to investigate. I needed to press him to run some commands and investigate a little more thoroughly. He didn't ask me what timeframe I needed my data; he only collected data that was live. I've since learned now that there was a keylogger stored on my device, and it was actually contained in an application that looks benign but has actually been tampered with by a hacker. Since finding this through another firm, I realized that this PI firm is a joke and isn't afraid to scam you and give you less quality service than what is apparently necessary. The IT consultant is noticeably lazy, consistently canceled on meetings and doesn't actually investigate a matter (he just does what a tech person would do and asks the standard questions). I did not feel like I was in good hands with this firm, but this is everything in a PI firm. Unfortunately, I had to request to get my money back for the last statement of work with them. Do NOT hire these people if you have a cybersecurity or technical concern.
