They were easy to book with, got here quick, were super tidy about the work and got it done lightning fast. Their price was more than fair. Ben Zykin, the Owner, was a delight.

They harrass you all day until 9 & 10 PM asking why your insurance company has not released the money. I DON'T KNOW! I told them to call the insurance company & even gave them the number, but they kept harrassing me, like i can do anything. I did my part. Insurance companies run on their own time schedule. Anyway, Lewis Roofing kept saying it was my fault they couldn't pay their own employees. No it is their issue, not mine. If Lewis Roofing wants to work with insurance companies, they need to budget better. It is NEVER the clients fault that the roofing company can not manage their own money & harasses & blames the homeowner for their inability to manage their own company.

The conversation started well, but then he started asking probing questions as to why I was doing what I was doing. Now, I am not a person that likes my actions question as to why? I just don't think that I need to explain why I am doing anything, especially when I am going to spend thousands of dollars. This ultimately lead to a heated argument and the cancellation of the appointment. It did not take long to fill the vacant slot with another company which won my business and was very appreciative.
