We contracted with the company to do a full deck replacement and new rails and screening on two screened-in porches. This was a huge job - essentially the equivalent of two deck installations (plus the porches). While the job was huge, US Quality Construction was more than up for the task. Despite the size of the project, the number of problems was minimal (and what problems did occur were to be expected and were quickly addressed by the crew). And when I say minimal, I use this as an example: We've had infinitely more problems with a kitchen backsplash installation (different contractor, of course) that we were doing concurrently with the deck install than we did with the deck project. Of note - we want to give our highest praise to the crew. They were focused, courteous, solution-oriented and hard workers. We were fortunate to have the daily onsite oversight of co-owner Vladimir Tutevich, who was amazing. In addition, the other co-owner Tim Kondradtyuk was super helpful in ensuring permits were obtained, ordering and communicating about delivery of supplies and more. These gentleman have clearly built a company built on a culture of quality, accountability and customer satisfaction. I'll recommend them to everyone I know and would work with them again without a moment's hesitation.

From the beginning to the end everyone was always focused on making sure I was satisfied. Denis came up with a great color scheme for the full house siding replacement. Showed us several rendering options. Changed our mind a couple of times and it was not a problem. Came back to our house to make sure the colors matched as I requested. Max kept me informed about timelines and supplies, always checking to make sure I was happy and following up on everything. But, what I was so HAPPY, SATISFIED AND IMPRESSED was the installation crew. Igor and the crew were awesome. Didn't unnecessarily rush the job or drag their feet. They knew what they were doing, demonstrating their skill and experience. The meticulous attention to detail impressed me greatly. Fortunately for me, they discovered areas that needed replacement due to original construction flaws. They were replaced and flashing installed correctly to prevent any further water damage. Extensive joint sealing and caulking done throughout whole house. Complete replacement of any hangings and devices were performed by them. Guttering was also replaced with high quality seamless siding. The downspouts drain into my unique drainage system and the connections were designed and crafted by the installer on the spot. Great job well done. Cleanup and haul off performed immediately. So many more details I could mention. Im usually not one to write reviews, especially in detail. Im also very particular and hard to please. I just want as close as possible to perfection. I have been so throughly pleased throughout the whole process!!! Basically the cost of a better deal is dealing with their time schedule of when they can get to you. Since they provide quality at a reasonable price, call early and get started with a meeting and education of your options. Replacement window installation Independence, Missouri…read more Project went as well or better than expected. The windows were installed in a triplex. Even though 30 day notice had been given to all occupants, one tenant was difficult to work with. Zen Windows provided via e-mail a 3 page flyer of what to expect so that I could print and deliver to occupants, along with dates of installation. Tenant is an artist/horder that had possessions stacked to ceiling in front of windows and only narrow paths to walk/access each room of the 1 bedroom apartment. Tenant also has bum leg and various ailments making situation even more difficult. When John informed us that our special order windows of bronze exterior/almond interior, would be arriving a week early; tenant still needed the additional time to prepare for installation. John's professional installers worked with us through this situation and completed all other windows in the building and returned the following week on Monday, April 20th to complete the job. Tenant had invalid or petty complaints throughout installation, even though the informational flyer that they had received clearly outlined what was occurring. Throughout the 2 to 3 hours it took to install the windows in the one bedroom unit, John's team of installers worked quickly and efficiently to please everyone. During the install a previous termite infestation that had been successfully treated by a prior owner was discovered. It was in the base wood of a window that is close to the ground in the lower or garden unit of the building. They called me in to look at the situation. It was decided to remove the damaged wood and confirm that there was no activity of pests. Once that was done, one of the installers left to get new replacement material. Within an hour they told me that $50 was the cost of the repair and that I may possibly have to have an outside repairman for the drywall, because they do not do drywall. As it turned out; they did everything with minimal damage to the drywall and all I had to do was a little touch up paint. No drywall repair was needed. Installers were on time. Picked up and cleaned all debris. Did not leave cigarette butts. Additionally, we had one small owners unit that is not a complete apartment, but just a sleeping room with a window unit air conditioner. We bought new pleated adjustable sizers that were to be placed and fitted on either side of the A/C unit and John's team reinstalled the A/C better than it was before. Just an amazing job. We are very pleased and have recommended Zen Windows to anyone we know that asks about the new windows or are contemplating new windows. For the one tenant it was like giving childbirth. For the rest of us it was easy while the installers did all the hard work. Now that is over, EVERYONE loves the new windows with no cloudiness and crystal clear views.
