Frank was extremely friendly and punctual during his visit to my home. During his visit, he installed two ceiling fans at locations where I just had basic flush mount fixtures. He completed the job in a timely manner and was extremely considerate to the surroundings during his work. He even offered to help move my bed back into place after installing the fan in the master bedroom. Friendly, affordable, quick, timely, and punctual. I would say that if you want it done cheap, they are fairly cost efficient. But their services outside of installing electrical hardware will reflect the price extremely accurately.

Because of this, one has to wait and hope that one is home when they can come by. 2. $80 for a service call no matter what. This does not include any routine maintenance/servicing. I called because the a/c was blowing hot like a heater, it was a thermostat wiring problem that took 5 minutes to fix. I get it, they are a business, but $80 to fix that? 3. They performed a visual inspection of my heat pump and reported that is was very clean for its age, no worries! But...I had to have another hvac company come out the next week because my a/c worked, but not very well. Turns out my heat pump was very dirty and freezing over! His wife answered the phone & when I explained my emergency, her husband came out asap. I had no water, other than the lake under my house. He immediately discovered the problem, took photos of the old pipes, & drew a diagram of what needed to be done.
