The company who'd replaced our roof didn't replace the flat part. They said it didn't need to be replaced. It was a rainy day when they collected the check. As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. If we have to replace our roof, we'll definitely use Easton and if anyone needs a roof replacement or repair, I highly recommend them. They've earned those 5 star reviews.

Those two things already puts them head and shoulders above the rest. When he arrived he actually got up on the roof to try and determine the problem. He was knowledgeable about gutters and explained what covers I had, how they worked, and what he was looking for. Once he found the problem, we had one clogged gutter that he cleared. I had a couple of requests as to placement of downspouts due to a look we were trying to keep uncluttered. That was well received. The estimate was several hundred dollars less than I had gotten from another company that I was familiar with. I checked their reviews which were favorable and awarded them the job. They had a few jobs in front of me and put me on the calendar for a few weeks down the road which was fine. I was planning on having the house painted during this time but other things took priority and when they arrived for the work it wasn't done. I realized I would have to pull the downspouts down when painting time did arrive and I mentioned this to Adam who seemed to be the lead man. He came to the rescue immediately and stated they would do all the work and return when I had done the painting and install the downspouts. I was really impressed by his desire to be customer service friendly. They truly did an expert job as there were a couple of difficulties caused by prior construction errors they pointed out and engineered around them. The job was truly professionally done. When the painting was finished (five months later) I gave them a call. I wondered if they would remember me as I had paid them in full but they in fact did and came out the next morning at 0730 and installed the downspouts. Again having to do some gutter engineering to meet my construction requirements. They went well beyond anything I would have expected. Courteous and professional from the beginning to the end and saving me time and money at their own expense. I really appreciate this bunch. Without hesitation I recommend them. They are THE BEST!!!
