They had no handicap tag or hang tag. I asked the young man sitting in the truck if his boss knows that they park in handicap spaces. He laughed and said "yes." If company has workers that are inconsiderate enough to take up a handicap parking spot, I doubt that they will be considerate with the work they do.

He was knowledgeable about gutters and explained what covers I had, how they worked, and what he was looking for. Once he found the problem, we had one clogged gutter that he cleared. He looked the situation over closely and told me what I needed and gave me the name of a company that does that type of work. My neighbor asked for his opinion on her situation and he said her guttering was too small for the volume of water. He sent a crew out four days later and completed the job for her. One of the crew members noticed something had been done wrong by another company when he got up on the roof. She is going to have Eldon and Sons correct that before it becomes a bigger issue. I also had two replacement windows go bad. I called Jerry at Eldon and Sons and he ordered the replacements which were installed the day they did my neighbor's guttering job. No charge. No hassle. They were glad to take care of the problem. If all businesses related to construction and otherwise did business the way Eldon and Sons does, there would be a lot more happy homeowners. Too often I hear nightmare stories about home repair companies and I cringe. I never hestitate to refer anyone to Eldon and Sons. That includes my fellow yelpers!

I gave The Gutter Experts a call for an estimate. An estimator came out timely and surveyed the…read morejob. I had a couple of requests as to placement of downspouts due to a look we were trying to keep uncluttered. That was well received. The estimate was several hundred dollars less than I had gotten from another company that I was familiar with. I checked their reviews which were favorable and awarded them the job. They had a few jobs in front of me and put me on the calendar for a few weeks down the road which was fine. I was planning on having the house painted during this time but other things took priority and when they arrived for the work it wasn't done. I realized I would have to pull the downspouts down when painting time did arrive and I mentioned this to Adam who seemed to be the lead man. He came to the rescue immediately and stated they would do all the work and return when I had done the painting and install the downspouts. I was really impressed by his desire to be customer service friendly. They truly did an expert job as there were a couple of difficulties caused by prior construction errors they pointed out and engineered around them. The job was truly professionally done. When the painting was finished (five months later) I gave them a call. I wondered if they would remember me as I had paid them in full but they in fact did and came out the next morning at 0730 and installed the downspouts. Again having to do some gutter engineering to meet my construction requirements. They went well beyond anything I would have expected. Courteous and professional from the beginning to the end and saving me time and money at their own expense. I really appreciate this bunch. Without hesitation I recommend them. They are THE BEST!!!
