I just don't think that I need to explain why I am doing anything, especially when I am going to spend thousands of dollars. This ultimately lead to a heated argument and the cancellation of the appointment. It did not take long to fill the vacant slot with another company which won my business and was very appreciative.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IN WARRENSBURG: Company has not returned to finish the window and siding job…read morestarted in March and via email they are not going to complete the job but they're wanting the final payment! We are still sitting with no sliding glass door, no side door, no screen door, no shutters, no outlets and vents replaced, and windows that are needed uninstalled and reinstalled correctly per a Pella premium installers, along with the new siding that will need painted due to damaged pieces being installed and nails being covered with colored cocking. This is per the James Hardie company after sending pictures. This all started because I had a leak in my roof and I contacted this company to do a brand new roof and was sold on windows and siding. With the rain we have received the last few weeks, you can hear raindrops coming in around my chimney where the original leak started. After another roofing company came to my home last week to see why I was hearing water dripping behind my fireplace when raining, we were informed and shown pictures that my roof was not properly installed! I am obviously not a roofer and I thought at least the roof (which I have paid for in full) was probably done correctly to now be informed that it also was not done properly and now literally every part of this job has to be redone!!! Per our contract, we are to have mitigation before any legal action can be taken! So how is it a company with this stipulation is able to just walk away from a job because it is just too much to correct and make right?!? There is a reason this company has shut down the Lees Summit location and is only practicing out of Warrensburg Missouri! And how long until they are shut down in Warrensburg? I have never placed a bad review for any company until this has happened with Integrity Roofing, Siding and Windows!!! We contracted with the company to do a full deck replacement and new rails and screening on two screened-in porches. This was a huge job - essentially the equivalent of two deck installations (plus the porches). While the job was huge, US Quality Construction was more than up for the task. Despite the size of the project, the number of problems was minimal (and what problems did occur were to be expected and were quickly addressed by the crew). And when I say minimal, I use this as an example: We've had infinitely more problems with a kitchen backsplash installation (different contractor, of course) that we were doing concurrently with the deck install than we did with the deck project. Of note - we want to give our highest praise to the crew. They were focused, courteous, solution-oriented and hard workers. We were fortunate to have the daily onsite oversight of co-owner Vladimir Tutevich, who was amazing. In addition, the other co-owner Tim Kondradtyuk was super helpful in ensuring permits were obtained, ordering and communicating about delivery of supplies and more. These gentleman have clearly built a company built on a culture of quality, accountability and customer satisfaction. I'll recommend them to everyone I know and would work with them again without a moment's hesitation.

From the beginning to the end everyone was always focused on making sure I was satisfied. Denis came up with a great color scheme for the full house siding replacement. Showed us several rendering options. Changed our mind a couple of times and it was not a problem. Came back to our house to make sure the colors matched as I requested. Max kept me informed about timelines and supplies, always checking to make sure I was happy and following up on everything. But, what I was so HAPPY, SATISFIED AND IMPRESSED was the installation crew. Igor and the crew were awesome. Didn't unnecessarily rush the job or drag their feet. They knew what they were doing, demonstrating their skill and experience. The meticulous attention to detail impressed me greatly. Fortunately for me, they discovered areas that needed replacement due to original construction flaws. They were replaced and flashing installed correctly to prevent any further water damage. Extensive joint sealing and caulking done throughout whole house. Complete replacement of any hangings and devices were performed by them. Guttering was also replaced with high quality seamless siding. The downspouts drain into my unique drainage system and the connections were designed and crafted by the installer on the spot. Great job well done. Cleanup and haul off performed immediately. So many more details I could mention. Im usually not one to write reviews, especially in detail. Im also very particular and hard to please. I just want as close as possible to perfection. I have been so throughly pleased throughout the whole process!!! I was also in the process of having another highly recommended deck railing company bid my replacement, but I canceled them and decided have the deck railing replaced by US QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. In a nutshell, they have been very professional, communicative, helpful, and went above and beyond. I literally looked up their webpage to see if we needed anything they sell because I was so impressed. It's nice to have a company honor a warranty in a hassle-free way. This was from a previous owner and while the time-frame holds validity for the warranty, I'm sure they technically could choose not to honor it but they helped transfer it to our name. Additionally, in the age of designed obsolescence, it feels like nothing is quality anymore and we're always having to replace things. It's nice to have the alternate feeling; this is a quality door built to last and they helped keep it up for us. They fully replaced the handle, the frayed stripping on the bottom, and helped level it as it was sagging and letting air in the top corner. Lastly, the tech came out and made the repair, but had received the wrong weather stripping from the manufacturer. He noticed a spot where our dogs had ripped up the outer-stripping -- I didn't even try to get that fixed in our request because that's totally on us, but he told us he'd get it all taken care of and was back out a few days later. He wouldn't even take the trade-call warranty fee charge ($65) until the job was done right.
