I had a new shower installed by Ben, and unfortunately, the experience after installation has been…read moredisappointing. Shortly after the work was completed, I noticed that the shower was leaking at the connection point to the pipe. I promptly informed him of the issue, expecting it to be addressed as part of the original installation. On January 22nd, he responded that he could come out to take a look, but mentioned a $75 service fee for the visit. Given that the problem appears to be directly related to the initial installation, I found this unexpected. I replied, asking him to let me know when he would be in the area so he could stop by and assess the issue. It has now been nearly two months, and I have not received any follow-up or resolution. Meanwhile, the shower faucet continues to leak. I would have appreciated more accountability and communication to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
