Jason worked directly with my insurance company to evaluate the front end damages on my car and worked with them on getting the funds to fix it and also personally called me to keep me updated the whole time. I have been here twice and each time the manager has been super nice and accommodating because I usually just drop in and they make time for me without an issue. My bumper was coming out slightly from getting caught on a curb and I wanted to see if they could fix it. I was willing to pay whatever price because I just bought a 2016 accord sport and I couldn't stand the bumper coming out! The manager is externally nice and he doesn't charge you for anything YOU DONT NEED! he's honest with the pricing and gives the best deal possible. He had one of his staff check it out to see if they could put it back together. They were able to fix the bumper to look brand new and hey painted the the bottom scratch and gave me extra paint to touch up the bottom it it happens again FOR FREE. I got into an accident and my rear bumper was damaged. I was pretty bummed out since I got into an accident in my car that I just bought for less than a week! I gave Autowork 360 a call after filing a claim and they contact my insurance adjuster for me and got everything set up. They gave me an estimate date of completion and send me text message updates every other day on my car. Everybody was nice and friendly especially Angela and Jose! I brought my car to 360 Auto Works because my friend had referred me to this shop. It was a big mistake. They are not professionals to work with. The work they did on my car was horrible. I saw the over spray on to my wind shield and asked the guy Duc to fix it. He told me that it was already there before I brought it in. This was incorrect. Duc refused to fix his overspray. This is B.S. I drove up to El Monte for this crappy job. I would never go back to 360 Auto Works. read more

Okay seriously people- this place is amazing!!! Debris hit my Lexus causing damage to my hood, roof, front lights and side of the vehicle and I was devastated. I went through my Mercury insurance and was nervous about the quality of repairs that would be done by an auto shop they recommend. I checked the list of their recommended shops against yelp and found 360.... Wow they blew my socks off! They were so helpful, informative, professional, and patient from the very first phone call!! The receptionist took time to carefully review the contract, Duc the specialist assigned to me carefully went over the car and all issues and he said he would wash it to ensure we were not missing any addition damage. The job was completed in exactly the amount of time the promised and they called to give me status updates at least 4 times. When I went to pick up the vehicle they had not only done a SUPERB job with paint, windshield replacement, and body work (it looked brand new) but they had washed, polished, waxed, and interior detailed (including shampooing the carpets!!!) my vehicle!!! They are seriously so kind and professional. They guarantee their work and paint job. It is no wonder there are so many great reviews. I will never take my car anywhere else and every one of my loved ones is going to hear about this place. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and take your car here!! I have never had such a great experience with getting my car worked on before. Jason Le, the owner, is very pleasant and approachable and would really explain thoroughly the condition of your car (what needs to be done and how long it will take for it to be done). Not only do they do the work with perfection but they also do this quickly. Their pricing is fair and honest too. They won't charge you for extra unnecessary things like hidden charges or whatnot. In fact they would even do extra service for you like if you request to check your front bumper too. Our rear bumper got damaged and the paint that was used there had some left over which was enough to quickly retouch few minor scratches to our front bumper with no extra charge. Jason also gave us the left over paint he had. The color of our car by the way is a hard to find one because it's like mint, light green. They use German paint that isn't mixed manually but done by a precise machine to get the actual color of your car. Plus, they offer lifetime warranty and they take responsibility for any complaints by the dealership in case they find out that the car being returned has already been repaired (for lease owners only). They guarantee that they won't find about this though because that's how perfectly they're doing their job. All in all I would definitely recommend this collision auto repair shop.
