These guys are awesome. I got sandwiched about 19 days ago and found good reviews on yelp for them and they are working directly with Farmers so I dropped off here. They are always very nice on phone calls or in person. And when I dropped off my car, they are willing to wait longer since I arrived late of the day. They called me whenever there is an update so I know what is the progress. I also have a shorter rental than usual, which is only 20 days. They are able to make it happen faster than it should be so I can avoid the out of pocket money. My car looks like new when I got it back and it is life warranty! Looking for a body shop to fix my car was tough. Its not easy finding an honest mechanic/body shop that you can trust and I definitely found one. I was looking for a shop to replace and paint my bumper. Thanks to my fellow yelpers I went to 360 autoworks to get an evaluation of my car. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Duc who helped me with my case throughout the repair. Let me tell you, this man has so much experience. He was able to tell me things about my car that I could not see with my eyes. He explained that a crack on my trunk was from a previous bad bondo and paint job. I had no idea I had any bondo work done before. Throughout the repair, 360 autoworks sends updates through text which I find very convenient. Upon completion, Duc showed me pictures of the bondo on my trunk and I was shocked! Apparently there was a deep dent under the paint and bondle that I was not aware of. Him and his painters did a beautiful job on sanding down the trunk and redoing the bondo to make a smooth finish. The replacement bumper was fit perfectly. As for their paint, I knew I chose the right place. When you see that a shop has a garage just for paint, with proper equipment and ventilation, you know they are serious about their paint. So serious they offer lifetime warranty! No cracks or dullness for life or they will repair it for free. Ive been in the car scene for years now and had many paint jobs. 360s paint job is one of the best I've ever seen. No orange peel, no bumps but a smooth and flawless clear coat finish. Not exaggerating. They know themselves they do quality work. I compared my previous paint job to the bumper and already I noticed how my old paints clear coat is already fading after 2 years. Now I'm considering a paint job for my entire car. Sorry for the long review but I really take car matters seriously. I wanted to get the full experience before sharing it with you all! We got in a pretty bad accident not too long ago. Was recommended to go see Jason at 360 Autoworks. So we brought our CLS in to see what they can do. Jason was extremely helpful and very honest. Most bodyshops would try to fix the car even if it would have been better off totaled. ( they make more money this way) But Jason was honest and told us that it would be best if the car was considered totaled. I personally find it very hard to find a honest mechanic (because i know NOTHING about cars) , therefore, it was very refreshing to meet Jason and received such honest and phenomenal service. I took my car in to have my headlights cleaned. Duc was helping me and they started sanding the headlights and polishing it. However, the scracthes from the sand paper did not come out and it looked worse then before. Duc told me he didnt know why they couldnt fix it and started telling me how much it is for new headlights. I drive a Mercedes CL63 and he was telling me the headlights are one unit and they will cost $1,500.00 each. I left the place pissed off and on my way home stopped at a car wash and asked them if they can fix it. In 15 minutes after posishing the headlights they looked better than before, they looked new! I would never go back to 360 Autoworks knowing Duc had tried to make me spend more than what i needed. read more

From the beginning, they were professional and friendly. Alan came to my place to look at the car even before we decided to do the repair at the shop. And Duc took over all the work of dealing with my insurance. During the time my car being repaired, Duc and Jason kept me updated every week. To keep it short, I just picked up the car this morning. And the result was PERFECT. My wife is extremely picky, and when she is happy you know they did an excellent job. And we are so happy with their work that I decided to repair another car with them. I had dealt with them when they were under a different name when I used to live near El Monte. Recently, I took my 2001 Mercedes Benz S430 to get a quotation for suspension problems. They gave me a great price. They are by far the lowest from the other places I took it to in Rancho Cucamonga where I live. I don't have money to go to dealers because they charge many times more to fix anything, so I had to shop around. The places in Rancho Cucamonga who had great reviews on YELP and supposedly great prices were way more than what 360 Autoworks was able to fix my car for. This auto workshop was first introduced to me by a business colleague who casually said that it was hard to find an auto mechanic place trust-worthy enuf to follow to give business to no matter where he moved in the LA region.... and this was it! I took the hint and checked it out with such introduction - and did not leave them as my fav mechanic workshop since 2002 despite their change of business name some years ago due to a dissolution of partnership. The main guy Alan has never failed me, always giving me frank and honest assessment of repairs only when needed and at a fair price. Whenever my kids need an oil change coming back from college, they would always drop by him too. Very knowledgeable and a complete auto shop with collision repairs included. Went there recently to get my oil change for my BMW 328i very promptly done and great service despite the very busy workshop. Just noticed that they got certified as a Farmer Insurance authorized workshop - which says a lot. Most workshop would do only one kind of car, but I have seen many makes and models fixed here - from the Japs to the Germans. Looks like they are getting a lot of good vibes because of their repute of not ripping off customers. The place is looking spankier every time I visit - free kurig coffee, snacks, bev in the fridge, tv-while-you-wait... etc....Overall one great place without the rip-off pressure, nice guys to work with, and most importantly they say it as it is without the fluff and very reliably honest. UPDATE Fall 2016: Looks like this place has too much of a good thing going that they are now exclusively dealing with insurance collision repairs, no more walk-ins for mechanical or diagnostic repair anymore..... Guess I will have to look for a new mechanic now.... :( read more

ONE WORD SUMMARY: Trustworthy. DETAILS: Car - BMW X5 Problem - broken side mirror cover trim. Compare - at another auto body shop (large chain, S* Collision), estimate was almost $1,000 to replace the side mirror assembly. 360 AutoWorks - recommended that I purchase original BMW side mirror cover trim; they will install it in 20 minutes. Solution (following 360 AutoWorks recommendation) - purchased original BMW side mirror cover trim (from a local BMW dealer) for less than $100. - took it to 360 AutoWorks - 360 AutoWorks removed the broken trim and installed the new trim in less than 15 minutes. - 360 AutoWorks labor charge was very fair. My conclusion on this matter: + 360 AutoWorks recommended the most efficient (and least costly and least time consuming) repair. + 360 AutoWorks did not take advantage of people like me (with very little knowledge of auto body repair business) to drive up prices. Hands down the best body shop I have ever been to. Their work is ELITE. I know they would've had my car back in a week, two weeks top but ,the other parties insurance was lagging it. They would always keep me updated and would let me see my car because after 1 month of not seeing it I was starting to miss my car. The paint was flawless it honestly looked better than when I took it in. They took their time giving detail on my rims which surprised me the most. They even cleaned the inside. On top of them cleaning and fixing my car they installed rear splash guards which was like the cherry on top of the ice cream because I have always wanted to buy them but never had the chance to look for them. If there was six stars they would definitely earn it. If you are looking to get work done to your automobile, 360 Auto Works is the place you should take your car to. read more

You always feel like you never know if you're getting ripped off at mechanic shops and dealerships but at 360 they give it to you straight. Tri is amazing and works with you for your needs. He helped my mom fix her car after she got into an accident and was generous enough to fix the front bumper that was unrelated to the accident at-cost (he didn't charge extra for labor) so the car looks brand new!
