After visiting many dental practices over the years and in several different states, I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Heritage Dental. I was given a chair right in front of a huge window overlooking their lovely outdoor fountain. They even provided noise-canceling headphones with my choice of music. Somehow, what I expected to be a stressful afternoon turned into an unexpectedly pleasant one! Dr. Nguyen is incredibly capable, funny, and reassuring. The office uses some of the most advanced technology available. Your dental care is up to you. Do you want to be proactive or wait for a problem! I prefer to be proactive. The office provides most all dental procedures you may require. The office staff is great. Courteous, professional and extremely well trained and educated. My dentist, Dr. Hall is terrific. Personable, and spent more time with me explain the findings of the initial findings than any dentist I have been to. We determined what work had to be done, what had to be watched and a program set in place. The follow up is great. The day I had two crowns put in Dr. Hall took the time to call me at home in the evening to see how I was doing and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Amazing client care. Update: My situation has become even worse…read more After removing the bridge that Sage Dental placed less than two years ago, my new dentist discovered that the damage was more extensive than anyone initially realized. I was hoping a new bridge would solve the problem, but I was told that is no longer possible. I now need a dental implant instead. Because the original bridge was placed less than two years ago, my dental insurance will not cover this treatment. What began as replacing a faulty bridge has now turned into a procedure that will cost me more than $7,000 out of my own pocket. I am deeply disappointed--not only with the quality of the original dental work, but with Sage Dental's complete refusal to help when I contacted them. I even offered to drive four hours back to their office so they could evaluate the situation, and they declined to provide any assistance. If you are considering this office, I encourage you to ask questions, get a second opinion if something doesn't seem right, and make sure you understand your options before committing to major dental work. All this when we haven't agreed or committed to anything or even seen the doctor yet.
