And that we would have to schedule an appointment for next week. If you want to have a business that's appointment only, then don't have store hours. Say it's by appointment only and I will call and make an appointment. But if you're going to have a store hours you should be able to handle two customers. I wasn't even allowed to look at the frames. It was very offputting. I won't be back. There are other frame stores in the area.
