The warm version comes dressed with tarragon, butter, chives, and fresh lemon, though the tarragon overwhelms the delicate lobster for my taste. And the beverages at $8 for a 16.9oz bottled Smart water or $7 soda, are absurd. On the bright side, whoever designed the pop-up deserves a raise. It's charming, and perfectly themed. Beyond the rolls, the menu includes shrimp cocktail, clam chowder, chilled Cajun crab dip, a warm 1.5 pound deshelled Maine lobster, whole belly clams, and several fried seafood plates. A cute fast-casual concept at high end, sit down prices. If you miss this pop-up, you won't be missing much.
