felt spontaneous on a random Tuesday, i came in by walk-in (which is normally NOT allowed, do not recommend that). Eric Bovenzi did half my back in a custom piece and then screwed up my appointment (i have text evidence). Then he fired me saying he did not do that style any more and left me with half my back covered and unfinished. He also complained about my disability and working with it. Super classy. Its unprofessional, unethical and just plain an asshole thing to do. Never again will I use Bovenzi and i will go to my grave making sure every person I know in the industry or even remotely interested in a tattoo knows his name and knows that he destroyed half my back. It was already a cover up piece working in between major scarring and burns on my back where there is major nerve damage. He complained about that too, so know that he is not very open to working with the disabled or being open to their needs. Definitely no good for any firefighters or anyone with burn damage on their body. And ladies beware if you are alone in a room with him and not versed enough to thwart his advances. 32 Old Town is holding on to trash. They need to just let his ass go back to whatever hole he crawled out of. He may know how to draw - but he is still garbage. Edited review for response - yes the reason you dont show me on the books is I spent 2 years trying to get him to answer me and calling your shop and even coming in and asking for appointments to his face. He fired me YESTERDAY 9.16.21 so he was working at your shop then. That was pretty disrespectful YESTERDAY. He started this tattoo 2 shops ago. I cant keep up with his job changes to get an appt. So no. He has NOT been respectful of current clients. The only reason I wasn't on the books is your boy plays games with my time. Now i have a hallf of a back piece from a pear shaped ass hat who thinks because he is Instagram famous he can treat people any kind of way. Terrible attitude the second we walked in. My daughters friend tried to pay who is 14 years old and the piercer started yelling at her and was stressing all 3 of us out. The second we entered the shop she wouldn't stop screaming at us and she wouldn't stop rushing, I feel that a licensed piercer needs to understand that even though this is a business you should respect your customers no matter what situation your in. You should make sure that the client is calm and ready and not being rushed. You should be calm and clear. read more
